RHEIN'S POINT OF VIEW
I could not help but feel fear and nervousness as I stood in the middle of the darkness. I could also feel the trembling of my body and the coldness of my hands.
I took a deep breath and mustered up the courage to speak. "I-is there anyone there?" I repeated my question several times but still, no one answered. As a result, my fear had doubled.
My attention was caught by a small flash of light from not far away. It was getting closer and closer to me. I could see how little by little the light enveloped the surroundings. I did not know what was going on so I pressed my eyes closed.
When I woke up, I was surprised to realize that Sister Rona was hugging me. I noticed she was sobbing that urged me to pat her back.
"I am just happy."
My forehead creased, failed to comprehend what she meant. "Eh?"
She let go of the hug and looked at me with a smile on her lips. She just let the tears stream down on her face.
I thought then, she just said that as a senseless bubble but, no... I was wrong. I did not really expect to find myself lost in the middle of ruins.
