It was just like any other day in the Hidden Leaf Village people were going about their business going to work going out on missions opening their businesses for the day for it being October 10th you'd think that this was just going to be like any other day except that for one Kushina Uzumaki she was 9 months pregnant she was due to give birth at any time now which wouldn't be a bad thing normally.
Even if she was a shinobi but when you're a jinchurki especially if you're a female then the seal of the biju you're containing becomes somewhat unstable as you're giving birth as this is happening your body will start to unleash a lot of energy as well as your own lifeforce by trying to contain the biju while also trying to give birth it's the hardest task there is in ninja world.
Although despite preparing a place in advance so nobody would know what was going on they made plans ahead of time Minato Namikaze went to all of his and Kushina's secret bunkers got everything out of them put half of their stuff in a secret place deep in a bunker past the dreaded spiders nest that no one goes to because it's the deepest darkest part of the Forest of Death the other half is in their estate that no one but them and their son will be able to enter.
Also they have frozen their clan accounts but left their ninja accounts open to the public so the council couldn't complain they made sure to put every scrap of their ninja pay in those accounts since they became ninja from their first mission until today both of their ninja accounts combined have a grand total of 450 million ryo their clan accounts ahve 900 times more in them because they never touched it except to buy their apartment furniture groceries and weapons when they were broke.
With everything all set up they went to the spot so Kushina could give birth what they didn't know is that among the anbu team that was selected to guard them two of them were traitors one was working for Danzo the other was working for the Akatuski the only spy to survive was the Akatuski one but was severely wounded from the root anbu he just barely was able to make it to let his master in before he died.
The birth was going smoothly until after Naruto was born and Hiruzen's wife Biwako was severly wounded along with every other guard and nurse or doctor in the room by a man in black cloak wearing an orange swirl mask with a 3 tomoe sharingan he kidnapped Naruto took him far away then stole Kushina ripped the Kyuubi out of her set it free but before he could place it under his control Minato attacked him as well as several ninja he was shocked to see them but he fought them.
The battle was intense because they had to fight the masked man and the Kyuubi at the same time when the masked man escaped there was bodies everywhere Minato and Kushina immediately knew what they had to they wanted to be there for their son but they already knew that with her giving birth plus having Kyuubi ripped out of her she won't last also with Minato being wounded by the masked man he too won't lastĀ much longer however an idea pops in her head as she summons a scroll in her hand from their estate as well as a book seals them away in her arm until later.
After that she goes through hand seals prepares an altar puts Naruto on it then kisses his forehead kisses her husband both her and her husband do the reaper death seal at the same time which shocked the Shinigami he looks at them sees their lives then sees their child then asks in a deep ominous voice" why have you summoned me and what is it you hope to gain by doing this because just doing this justsu is cause for death ".
The two parents look at each other for a minute then Kushina speaks " i know my clan has abused this jutsu but we had no other choice and seeing as my husband and i most likely won't survive past this night we were hoping our deaths could help our village as well as our son" the shinigami looks at their bodies and he sees that they will last even with medical attention a week at most he sighs then sees the Kyuubi in the distance he stops him from trapped in his essence he immediately knows some of what they want but is confused on what else they could want for their son.
Shinigami asks" other than sealing Kyuubi inside of your son what else do you want from me" Kushina says with hope in her eyes" is it possible to unlock his dormant Uzumaki genes as well as those buried in his bloodline" Shinigami raises an eyebrow at that question/request but looks deep inside of the boy then wondering what she is talking about then sees his heritage then says" yes it can be done but not without cost to do what you're asking of me will not be easy or cheap"Kushina smirks then gives him a sly smile and says" you can have all of the dead souls here as well as ours if you do this" the Shinigami was a bit taken back by her offer as there were hundreds of dead souls from this event.
He asks" do you know what you're sending those people to an unending torment the likes of which they have never witnessed before" Kushina says" it's no less then they deserve for abandoning my clan to be slaughtered all of those years ago" the Shinigami has to agree with her statement then looks the husband who is just holding his son and not saying a word he understands the minute he walks up to his wife then hands her their son he was preparing himself to say goodbye.
The Shinigami asks" when was that child born" Minato looks at his watch seeing that it's midnight sighs then says" 3 hours ago"Ā Shinigami is surprised to hear that but then sighs he summons all of the dead souls to him seals the Kyuubi in Naruto all of him as well as all of its chakra that was in the air then he seals the chakra of the Kyuubi from everything it ever came in contact with throughout it's existence also he does the same with the rest of biju chakra from the rest of the other 8Ā tailed beasts he was given 72% of the other tailed beasts chakra is 9% from each tailed beast from everything that they ever came in contact with as well as the residual chakra from them that hung around in a area.
Then he unlocks the dormant genes in Naruto sighs then gives him a gift that no one else has but only after he's mastered the first 3 steps of his gift will he be able to pull off the final step of his new gift then looks at the parents of Naruto absorbs them but also makes sure that they can't be brought back from the dead by grabbing their bodies switching them out with replicas Kushina transferred the book and scroll to the replicas then he takes their life force butĀ leaving just enough life in them to give their message but making sure that their friends find them.
Hiruzen rushes to them with some anbu they give their message and the book and scroll that nobody but Naruto will be able to open but not until his chakra reaches high genin or low chunin Hiruzen takes them to the village as well as the ninja who died which was only 400 and they lost only 500 civilians it could have been worse once he made it to his office with the boy he finds out that his wife is in critical condition after hours of waiting she lives is able to retain the ability to walk and keep complete mobility however the doctor still has a grim look on his face Hiruzen asks what's wrong he says" lets just say first that your wife is fine and will make a complete recovery however her ninja career is over she will never use chakra again."
Hiruzen was shocked to hear that he asks "the doctor what he means by that by saying that her ninja career is over" the doctor sighs then says " when we were trying to save her life as well as her from being crippled we didn't know that her chakra network was attached to one of the nerves we used to help her so unless she knows how to fix it she won't be able to use her chakra" Hiruzen is livid his killing intent is rising he's ready to kill this idiot doctor in front of him when a messenger tells him that there's a council meeting in 10 minutes.
He doesn't even bother calming down he goes to his office grabs Naruto heads to the chamber a guard opens the door for him he walks in sits down then everyone shuts up on one side you have the civilian council members who really don't do anything but keep the other people's businesses going as well as line their own pockets on the other side you have the clan heads starting from closeest to the door is :

Then at one end of the table you have the 3 elders they are Homura UtakaneĀ Koharu Mitacado and Danzo Shimura on the other end of the table holding baby Naruto is the third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi these elements make up the ruling council of the Leaf village they occasionally get together in times of crisis but most of the time the council just meets to go over trivial matters just to waste everyone's time just to prove that they're in charge.
Hiruzen sighs after looking at everyone then asks "why did you summon me from the hospital it had better be a good reason or i'm killing every person in this room" the council members looked at each other fearfully even Danzo who already knew what happened was just trying to get his old rival to voice it so he could have his men leak it to the public and get himself a weapon.
He sighs then says " the Kyuubi attacked our village after it was ripped out of Kushina Uzumaki after that a masked man put it under a genjutsu so it would wreak havoc on our village so he could steal the village"
one of the council members says" that's an incredible story Hiruzen but are we supposed to buy this fiction without any proof"
Hiruzen smirks like a cat that ate the canary then says" even if i told you that they were Minato's dying words you still wouldn't believe me so he did something before he died he saved his memories 4 hours just before he died he gave the object to me to play here"
Hiruzen gives Naruto to Tsume who is just so caught up in not only how cute he is but how much he reminds her of Kushina that she ignores Hiruzen when he asks for Naruto back in fact when he tries to take Naruto from her she almost takes his arm off Hiruzen is a little taken aback from this behavior at first then he chuckles at how protective she is of the young infant.
Hiruzen plays the memories which Danzo is sweating a little bit because at the very end Minato mentioned that two of the anbu were traitors it's the only way that the enemy knew where everyone was and how your wife was attacked upon hearing this Hiruzen's blood was boiling he never knew what Minato put in that object all it showed was them regoing over everything then doing it after that being attacked injured and sealing the Kyuubi in Naruto it doesn't mention who his parents are or who Kushina gives birth to just that she does.
Various members of the council are processing what they are seeing as they are watching it although Hiruzen knew that a great deal has been edited to protect Naruto and because they don't trust the village after their clans were killed because the village didn't help them just tried to take what they had for themselves after everyone is done watching it several members are calling for Naruto's head after being told to shut up and saying no to Danzo publicly about he's a monster for doing that to kids and he should have shut it down years ago.
In morse code as he sighs in frustration he taps his fingers saying no he won't be given to you he will be given to the village Danzo immediately catches on to his old rivals message then asks in morse code isn't that a little cruel i wasn't going to get rid of his emotions just put a loyalty seal on him then train him myself their conversation went back and forth for about 30 minutes before Hiruzen loudly declares "nobody is going to adopt this child ever his status is an S rank secret punishable by death if anyone leaks it they die if anyone tells him about what he is they die"
"Also when he enters the academy only then are you allowed to speak with him or approach him but he must accept you of his own accord no mind altering seals or genjutsu or drugsĀ of any kind if anything like that has been used then that person will be executed without trial"
"Finally when he becomes a ninja those wanting to train him must make sure that you don't give him any jutsu above C rank when he is just starting out we don't need the civilians complaining even more than they already do" This earned a round of chuckles from the ninjas in the room and sneers from the civilians in the room at being the but of the joke but inside they're already thinking just you wait demon we're going to make your life a living hell just for being born a ninja instead of one of us.
After the meeting Hiruzen took Naruto to the orphanage then went home a week later Hiruzen took up the role of Hokage again at his rivals request when asked why Danzo chuckled then smirked evily and said" other than i like being in the shadows my job has alot less paperwork than yours does" Hiruzen processed what he said then calmly opened the window to the office walked to it with Danzo as he accepted the position then smirked evily as he punted Danzo out the window.
He closes the window sits at the desk lights his pipe takes a few puffs sets it aside does some paper work then makes himself some tea after a few hours he decides to take a nap while this was happening Naruto's status was leaked to the village afterwards he was almost killed and sent to the hospital after being healed he was sent to the orphanage then attacked again healed then returned in a never ending cycle it happened 216 times before the Hokage was notified and that was 5 hours later.
He made it to the hospital sealed Naruto's hospital records so no one could access them but Tsunade or the head doctor of the hospital in fact he even gave an entire room just for his records put tons of filing cabinets in there then sealed it up only being accessed by 2 keys one he gave to the head doctor the other he sealed away so no one could get it after that he called anbu he trusts to his office.
The anbu he called are weasel cat dog snake and bear they bowed before their kage then rose when he said to he activates the silencing seals as well as the security seals the anbu think that he's being paranoid until two members of root try to escape but are caught by the anbu present the Hokage says "execute them " they do so then burn their bodies after that's done with Lord third says"i've just come from the hospital after they informed me that our resident jinchuriki Naruto Uzumaki has been attacked 216 times in the past 5 hours " this made all of the anbu shudder and get a little angry at what they heard.
They knew what he contained but didn't blame him for what his prisoner did especially after what lord third said and showed the anbu yesterday they now have a need for revenge against the civilians and those who side with them seeing their reactions he smiles at how easy he's able to play on their emotions so he doesn't have to keep going to the hospital everyday and so he doesn't have to keep up the grandfatherly act after they leave.
He says i've got a new S rank mission for you guard Naruto until he can take care of himself your other duties will be on hold while two of you are watching him at a time the rest of you will do missions like normal then switch out rest recover and so on until he can enter the academy at age 8 in between that time only cat and snake is allowed to approach him and actually talk to him cat narrows her eyes then her killing intent starts getting so thick its choking everyone in the room also she's cracking the ceiling the floor the walls and the whole building is shaking.
Once he realized what he just did he dropped it then put it back inside the Hokage was surprised that Yugao had a killing intent stronger than Danzo's he looks at her a little afraid then asks "something to say Yugao" she takes off her mask then looks her leader in the eye and says
" i will not be apart of that kind of mission and neither will Anko if that's what you intended for us then forget it i'll also make sure to tell every kunoichi i know about it so they won't do it"
He says" if you do that you'll be executed but i can clearly see that you won't care as long as you take me down with you but you don't have to worry this isn't a honeypot mission" she scoffs then says" maybe not but we both know that as he grows up you will consider him a flight risk and the first thing you'll do is get some poor unsuspecting kunoichi who doesn't know no better to agree to a seduction/ loyalty mission that will end badly".
He thinks about it then asks"what would you have me do just let him do as he pleases and hope he doesn't destroy us" she was about to say something but Anko beat her to it by saying put me on that loyalty mission i'll make sure that he behaves but no interruptions or progress reports it must appear like the kitty and i are apart of his life of our own free will not because i'm on assignment also don't put me down as the official one on the form put Mebuki's daughter as his handler on the seduction/ loyalty part put Inoichi's daughter"
The Hokage asks why she "says because it's all about covering ones tracks it helps to do that when you are doing espionage or infiltration assignments" he sighs then fills out the form signs and stamps it files it away in his desk after that he dismisses them all leave except for Kakashi who stays behind which shocks the Hokage then asks what is it Kakashi.
He removes his mask then asks" if Naruto were any other shinobi but a jinchuriki would you be doing these things to him" the Hokage is taken aback by his soldiers menacing tone and the question itself but he answers nonetheless " it doesn't matter if he has the Kyuubi inside of him or not it's because of who he is that i'm doing this"
Kakashi sighs and says "i see i suppose you really haven't changed at all i'm only going to say this once so pay attention change to the facade that you like to use or you won't live to see your grandson enter the academy".
After that he shunshins out of the office in a puff of smoke despite being threatened he wasn't concerned by it because he will just keep him too busy to do anything at least until the boy can enter the academy in 8 years but what the anbu doesn't know is that the hokage purosefully put holes in their patterens and he willĀ purposefully keep cat and snake away from Naruto during the first 6 years of his life.
