After a failed suicide attempt, Tetsuo Naru is sent back to the world of the living by Death and is given a little agreement, an offer. If he fails to accomplish what was said in the offer, Tetsuo must live until the day that he die, unable to end his miserable life. However, if he accomplishes the agreement, Death will allow Tetsuo to end his life.

Will Tetsuo succeed in Death's offer? Or will he fail and be forced to live in his miserable life until the day of his death?
