"James!"
"Huh?" James said as he woke up. He was inside his classroom with everyone looking at him.
"Do you think this class is too boring for you?" The teacher asked him.
"No, of course not miss." James said while he was rubbing his eyes.
"Well then why were you sleeping in the middle of my lecture?"
"I'm sorry miss, I didn't get enough sleep last night." James replied.
"Were you playing that stupid game again? What was it called? Heroes dimension? That is a waste of time. You should just focus on your studies. You are eighteen years old, time for wasting your life has passed. Now is the time to study." The teacher said.
"Yes, miss."
After school James started walking home.
"James!"
When James turned around he saw his friend Brodin running toward him. He knew Brodin since the first day of school. They were inseparable.
"I heard you got in trouble for sleeping in class. That is why I drink 5 cups of coffee every morning. Just to stay awake." Brodin said.
"You do know that that is bad for you, right?" James said.
"Of course, but how else am I going to game all night and keep myself from falling asleep in school? Anyway let's go the faster we're home the faster we can get on our grind again. I have a feeling that today is the day we will finally defeat Scemtar the evil monarch." Brodin said.
James and Brodin live in a town in the west of England. It is not very big but it also can't be considered small.
Time until respawn -30 seconds-
"What was that you said about defeating Scemtar?" James said.
"I'm sorry, I really thought we could get him this time. Anyway, I got to go, my mom is calling me, dinner is ready. Bye." Brodin said
"Bye" James replied as he sat behind his PC.
'Let's check the leaderboard.' James thought to himself. He went to the leaderboard on the official Heroes Dimension website.

"Yes! I've gone up 5 ranks, even though we didn't defeat Scemtar the exp from the minions and the rest of the dungeon is good." James said.
"James dinner!" his mom yelled from downstairs.
"Coming!"
After dinner, James went to the gym and met up with Brodin. They boxed together for about an hour and then they went back home to play Heroes Dimension again.
"Alright, man. It's been fun but it is already 3 a.m. so I'm going to sleep just so that I have a few hours of sleep tonight. Goodnight." Said Brodin
"Alright, talk to you later." James said. 'Maybe getting some sleep is a good idea' he then thought to himself. And went to bed.
The next morning he woke up. As he slowly opened his eyes he saw the alarm clock. 10 a.m. He shot up and immediately started getting dressed and ran downstairs to grab some breakfast.
'How stupid how can I be late. Why didn't my alarm go off?' He thought to himself as he ran downstairs.
Just as he was about to open the door.
"No!!" both of his parents yelled.
"What? I am late for school I'm sorry" James said.
"I don't care. You are not going outside." His father said.
"What why not?" James asked.
"Take a look outside and you will know why." His father said.
When James looked outside he could not believe what he was seeing. Goblins were roaming the streets, as well as lizardmen. He ran upstairs to get a better view. There was a giant next to the church. And there were all kinds of monsters roaming the streets.
'What is happening?' James thought to himself.
"Roooooaaaaar!!"
"What?" James said as he looked outside.
"There is something in the sky. What is it." His mom asked. She came upstairs with him to also get a better view of the whole town.
James was shocked as he was staring at the creature that was flying in the sky because he knew all too well what that was. It was one of the dragon races from Heroes Dimension. He was grinding last night on the exact same race.
"It…. It's a dragon." He stammered.
"What but those are fantasy creatures!" His mom said.
"And then again one is flying in the skies above our town. I gotta call Brodin" James said.
He then ran to his room and grabbed his phone.
"Hey, Brodin have you seen outside?" He said.
"Yeah, what's going on?" Brodin replied.
"I don't know but I do know that all the monsters outside are the same monsters from heroes dimension." James said.
"Yeah, I noticed that too." Brodin said.
"Great let's go online and see what we can find out about the situation." James said.
After hours of research James and Brodin found nothing. There was only new news that dungeons were spawning across the entire world. Nobody knew where the monsters came from and nobody knew what was happening. They did notice that the official website of Heroes Dimension was down and all sites with info on the monsters were down as well.
"What are people gonna do if they never played the game or if they didn't know the strengths and weaknesses of the monsters?" Brodin asked.
"I don't know. But what I do know is that if this is the world right now there will also be dungeons spawning near us soon. I want to go raid the first dungeon that is known around here." James said.
"What why?" Brodin asked.
"Don't you remember? Weapons and good loot were found in dungeons in the game. It might be the same right now. We can navigate through a dungeon without getting hurt. We know the game better than everyone in this town so we can easily take care of the weaker monsters." James said. "Besides if the dungeon has humanoid monsters we are even more likely to clear it since we are both boxers."
"You're right. But my mother won't let me out of the house so how am I going to go raid a dungeon?" Brodin asked.
"Same over here. But I have an idea. We will wait until night. Then we will sneak out and meet at the school. After that, we will go search for a dungeon." James said.
"Alright sounds like a plan. But also remember to take weapons and other supplies with you. We don't know what we will encounter." Brodin said.
"Alright. Let's meet up at 1.30 a.m." James said
"Okay, see you then." Said Brodin.
