The brown-haired paled skinned, brown eyes adult stand in an empty room. As he recollects his memories that he shares with the place. He gave out a sigh and smiled. A young girl with tan skin, amber eyes, wolf ears alert to sound, black hair pops her head from the corner of the room and runs up to him. The adult caught her in mid-air.
"Mana, What did we say about tackling?" The adult asked.
"Well, you said don't tackle people out of the blue. Is that right, Chrom?" Mana stated.
"Indeed, Now go and get Cheren or just check on him to see if he is doing okay?" Chrom stated.
"Okay, I will check on my brother." Mana smiled.
Chrom placed her on the ground, and she sprinted off to the next room. Chrom started to move a couple of boxes out of his space. A couple of minutes later, he hears a scream from another room. Chrom gave out a sigh and placed his container down on the ground. Chrom dusted himself off and walked towards the cry. As he walked, he found a tan-skinned adult with black hair and amber eyes covered by boxes. Chrom gave him a sharp glare as he walked out of the room.
"Wait, Chrom, Don't go. I swear these boxes fell on me." Cheren cried.
"I don't care; I know you well. I have been living in this family when I was ten, and your still the clumsy airhead!" Chrom stated.
"At least help me out, Please Chrom," Cheren asked.
"Fine as long as you stay on the sidelines. I told you to fill the boxes, not move them."Chrom fumed.
Chrom removes the boxes off Cheren and moves them outside the apartment.
"Solona, if you are wondering about that loud crash. It was Cheren." Chrom stated, " I should not have told you; you know who it's is by now.
A girl with dark skin like dark chocolate, athletic body, with sharp hazel eyes, and dyed blue hair leaned on a box with a smirk. Solana nodded and picked up a tube and carried it down the stairs towards a truck. Chrom walked back into the apartment and brought boxes out. Once all packages are in the car, Chrom closes the moving truck up.
"Thank you for your help Solana, Thank Buryoku for me," Chrom said.
"Will do. I really can't believe you guys are moving out of town. Stay safe out there."Solana smiled.
Mana ran up to hear and hugged Solanna before getting on the truck. Chrom got on the car the same with Cheren. Chrom bucked up his seat belt and waves at Solana.
"Once we get to our new place. We will text you or call you, Whichever of the both. " Chrom smiled.
Chrom drove off as Solana waves goodbye to her friends. Mana opened the window and felt the wind in her hair. Cheren started to look through the radio stations as Chrom drove. Chrom felt happiness in his blood. He was fire up and excited for a new change.
Throughout their road trip, they have taken some steps to use the bathroom, eat, and sleep. They enjoyed every minute of the road trip towards their new home.
Chrom's eyes grew heavy every minute, but he shook it off to keep driving. He turned to his siblings that were sleeping peacefully. Chrom smiled and have gained a boost of energy to continue. As soon as they reached the house, Chrom parked the truck, turned the motor off, and gave out a sigh of relief, then glanced at his siblings. Chrom nudged Cheren up from his sleep. Cheren opened his eyes and yawned. Chrom opened the truck's door and headed outside. Cheren got off the automobile slowly as possible, not to wake Mana up. Chrom opened up the automobile's trunk and got out three sleeping bags.
Cheren walked towards the house and opened the front door. Chrom behind Cheren walked in and placed the sleeping bags on the ground. Chrom then left outside and picked up Mana. Chrom carried sleeping Mana inside the house. Cheren have laid down on one of the sleeping bags. Chrom walked passed Cheren and gently placed Mana on her sleeping bag. Chrom gave out a sigh, walked towards his sleeping bag, laid down on the bag, and shut his eyes. They were still, as the dawn rises. The sunlight started to pour through the windows. The mere light was enough to wake the boys up from their short nap. Chrom got up and growled in anger as he walked out of the house, Cheren followed behind. Chrom and Cheren started to move boxes from the truck inside. Mana kept sleeping until her stomach started to growl. Mana walked outside the house and towards her brothers. Chrom stopped in his tracks to speak to Mana.
"Good morning Mana," Chrom said.
"Good morning, I am hungry. Is breakfast made yet?" Mana asked.
"Nope, We been moving boxes inside. You can go around the town and look for food." Chrom smiled.
"Chrom won't all shops be closed at around this time!" Cheren cried.
Chrom pulled out his phone, checked the time, then he puts it's away.
"So, what time is it?" Mana asked.
"Oh right, I was looking for the time, My bad." Chrom chuckled.
Chrom brought his phone, shows it to his sister. Mana stares at it and back at her brother."How do you read that?"Mana asked.
"Oh right, I forgot um it's six-ten," Chrom stated.
Mana smiles and starts to a runoff in the distance. Cheren walked up to Chrom to ask him a question.
"What's up, Cheren?"Chrom asked.
"Do you think she should have been carrying money just in case?" Cheren asked.
Time later, Chrom and Cheren have brought all boxes inside the house. Chrom sat down on top of one of the boxes to rest. Cheren stands in the backyard, on the lookout for his sister. Chrom pulled out his phone and sent a text to his friend. Cheren slams the front door open, with fear in his eyes. Chrom turned towards him unfazed.
"What's up, Cheren?" Chrom asked.
"Mana has not come back yet. Now I am worried about her." Cheren shuddered.
"She may have gotten lost in this town. Remember, this entire town is new to her."Chrom Explained.
"Chrom, that is why we need to worry. We have moved to a new town! Anything can happen to her. "Cheren trembled.
"Calm down, Cheren, it's nothing to wrap your mind. She is perfectly capable of handling that type of situation well. Remember Mana, knows how to defend herself." Chrom advised.
"Yes, I know, but I have to make sure she is doing okay!" Cheren stated.
Chrom got up and grabbed his keys from the kitchen counter, walked out of the house, along with Cheren. Chrom lifted his hood over his head, as Cheren fixes his pants. They started to head towards the town that was new to them. Looked around in alleyways and stores, They ask residents if they have seen Mana.
"No luck so far, "Chrom stated.
"Well, there is one shop left in the far corner of this town." Cheren Announced.
"Wait, where did you get the map from?" Chrom asked.
"Yeah, one of the residents gave it to me," Cheren answered.
"So, what is the last shop?" Chrom asked.
"Well, it's a cafe. It's called Vanilla sugar cafe." Cheren fretted.
"Vanilla sugar Cafe, That sounds familiar. Must have read about them online." Chrom opened the door, blown in the face with the scent of coffee. Chrom covers his nose as Cheren walked into the shop.
"Chrom, are you okay?"Cheren asked.
"I am fine just going to head out," Chrom stated.
Chrom walked out of the shop and breath in the fresh air. Chrom gave out a sigh and waited for Cheren to finished. A boy stopped in his track to stare at Chrom, turned towards the kid. The boy has brown-haired, pale-skinned, and brown eyes. The boy and Chrom kept staring at each till Cheren join in.
"So, who is this?" Cheren asked.
"I don't know. What is your name, kid?" Chorm asked.
"Brother, what are you doing here." Mana cried.
Both boys turned towards Mana, Cheren picked her up.
"We found you at last!" Cheren cried.
"We should go, people are staring at us." Chrom mentions.
Cheren nodded as he places Mana on her feet. They started to make their way home. Chrom stares at his phone, "Solana, have texted me that she is coming over with her boyfriend to drop off my car."
"They are coming in your car?" Cheren asked.
"No, Solana is driving my car while her boyfriend drives their car here." Chrom corrected.
Cheren smiled, "Found jobs that bring your interest?"
Chrom thought for a bit, " Vanilla Sugar Cafe seems like a nice place to work. Having to deal with the strong scent of coffee, but I can get used to it."
"The cafe, I thought you hate coffee?" Cheren asked.
"Yeah, I still do, But I do not taste-testing the coffee," Chrom stated.
"Oh, can we get to buy some baked goodies from the bakery!" Mana pointed out.
"Sure, why not? We have not eaten breakfast," Chrom stated.
