"What? Help me out here." Chrom cried.

Cheren laughed, start to cut open boxes. Mana sat down on the ground, staring at her siblings. Mana yawned and got up to unpack the available packages. Chrom stopped to witness the progress that his family have completed. Boxes and a few open surrounded the place. Chrom finished opening the last box to start unpacking. Mana got ready for bed as the boys unpacked. As soon as they finished unpacking, Mana was in her sleeping bag sleeping. Cheren gave out a yawn and continue unpacking. Chrom places his hand on Cheren's shoulder. Cheren nodded and headed off to get ready for bed. Chrom head outside to close the truck up; he noticed a scent linger inside before doing so.

Chorm turned his cell's phone flashlight on and walked towards the smell of bread and coffee. Chrom stepped into the trucks' cabin; he stopped two bead eyes that glowed in the car's corner. Chrom hovered the flashlight towards the eyes to uncover a pup in the dark. The dog stares back at Chrom with wonder in its sights. The little puppy walked up to him and ran out of the truck like a bullet train. Chrom have watched the pup run off as he cocks his head, wondering why it happened. Chrom got out of the truck's cabin and closed it up. Chrom could still smell the scent that the pup have lingered. The smell was like bread and coffee. Chrom's thoughts were distracted by a distance wolf singing to the moon. Chrom listened to the wolf howl before it's faded. The sound of crickets and cicadas. Chrom pulled his phone out to check something check He headed inside. His siblings were in their sleeping bags. Chrom got ready for bed and slides in his sleeping bed. Minutes later, Cheren was woken up from the wooden floor creaking. He got up and looked around the room. His sister was next to him, sleeping. Chrom was gone, cheren gave out a defeated sigh. Cheren got up and headed outside to look around. He tapped his foot with a rhythm on the porch. He stopped when he heard a wolf howl in the distance."I believe that's him.

"Cheren pointed out.

A few minutes, Cheren spotted Chrom behind from trees."You were off doing your runs, Huh?" Cheren asked.

"Yeah, as well as mapping out the town." Chrom smiled.

"You need to fix that habit. People thought you're where a robber, A reason why we move from the city." Cheren mumbled.

"I completed understand what you mean, But this habit was around before the family. I was born in the wild!" Chrom smiled.

Cheren rolled his eyes, "Said the one that never heard of a sunburn."

"Did you say something?" Chrom asked.

"No, I did not," Cheren said before he got interrupted.

"I never heard of sunburn; you lack the wolf ears. Those are the downside of being half-humans." Chrom stated.

"Don't go there." Cheren fumed.

"I won't go that far. "Chrom smiled as he stepped inside.

Cheren followed behind him, whispering death threats.

"Calm down, Cheren. The author wants to that too; clam down before those words come out of your mouth." Chrom stated.

"Author, what are you talking about?" Cheren asked.

"Nothing to worried about," Chrom winked.

"Okay, then..." Cheren was mildly confused.

Chrom started to brew a pot of water on to the stove.

"Cheren, you want some tea," Chrom asked.

"Why not, Can you give me the black tea?" Cheren stated.

Chrom nodded as he turned the stove on to use. He places two mugs to the side and pulled out two bags of black tea and placed them on the counter.

"We are finally out of that apartment. It was bound to fall apart." Cheren stated.

"Those apartments were old. I bet one of your parents' parents lived there." Chrom stated.

"Should be, I can ask when I call them," Cheren said.

"I hope they are doing okay," Chrom stated.

"Don't worry, your talking about my parent's" Cheren smiled.

"Yeah, you are right. I wonder if my sibling is alive." Chrom mumbles.

"Your siblings, right. You did say you were able to smell a familiar scent around this town." Cheren started."

"It's very faint. I don't know if it's the right scent or not. My memory of this place is fuzzy, but I can remember a few buildings I feel I have been here. Cafe Vanilla sugar is one of them."Chrom stated.

"You don't like coffee?" Cheren asked.

"No, like hate. I can't drink coffee cause it's toxic to me. I have a hold list of stuff that can kill me or harm me." Chrom stated.

"Right, sorry. Why do you feel like you a connection with a coffee shop? I can't see you in a coffee shop due to coffee being able to kill you in all." Cheren mumbled.

"You are right; my head could just filling my memories with new information that is false," Chrom stated.

The pot of water reaches its boiling point in which sounds like a mini train. Chrom turned off the stove and placed the teabag in the mugs. As he pours the water in the cup, Cheren watched him pour the water in the cups.

"You relied on scents a lot, don't you." Cheren pondered.

"Indeed, I do. Most of my memory comes to me through scents and smells. That's how I ace tests. I smell specific smells while studying. I bring a small fraction of that smell in a tiny bottle and open it during the start of my exams. Boom, I ace it." Chrom beamed.

"That's how you always get an A on your tests! I thought you just studied, wait not that, I meant you guessed the answers." Cheren stated.

"No, I don't guess. I have been studying for tests since I was going into school. Which is when I got adopted and started to go to school."Chrom testified.

Cheren laughed as he averted his eyes and picked up his tea to drink. Chrom raised an eyebrow as he sipped his tea.

"So you guessed on your tests?" Chrom leered.

"...Yes..." Cheren resolved.

"I never guessed." Chrom mocked.

Cheren desire was to punch his brother right there and then for his sarcastic comment, but he reminds himself that it is weaker than Chrom. It was silent in the kitchen. The tense was thick that it's could be cut with a knife. Chrom glared at his brother as he fearful drank his tea.

"So the bakery. You just noticed that Raiden is working there, Arson's brother Raiden." Cheren Trembled.

"Well, it's run by his girlfriend, to be exact, Priscilla was her name," Chrom commented.

"Yeah, Raiden is a Geneses Cat, though his brother is a wolf," Cheren stated.

"You are judging their family?" Chrom glared.

"No, I am not; it's just I just curious about where they met."Cheren fretted.

Chrom stood there in a silent and took another sip of his tea. His ears have pointed to the ground as his tail have stopped wagging. Chrom was deep in thought, thinking of the answer to give to Cheren. Chrom came to a concludes, as his ear perked up tall, and his tail started to wag.

"They met on the same base. Arson adopted the group as his new siblings, and they have been inseparable since."Chrom stated.

Cheren gave him a cold stare and sipped his tea as Chrom was deep in thought. The sunlight started to shine in the house. Chrom have finished his tea and placed it in the sink. Cheren sipped his last drop and passed it to Chrom that place in the sink.

"So, you are going to head out for the job?" Cheren asked.

"Not yet, it's too early. While I wait for the shops to be open, let's place all our stuff into the correct rooms."Chrom stated.

Cheren turned to the pile of stacked furniture and items taunting him. Cheren groaned as he walked towards it.

"You need your seeds to help you?" Chrom asked.

Cheren looked at Chrom shook his head without losing eye contact. Cheren started to stack books onto the bookshelves. Chrom checked his phone. Chrom reads the text from his mom, groaned, and turned off his phone.

"Mom needs to stop asking for grandkids," Chrom told Cheren.

"Mom, texted you? It would be best if you texted back that there is no chance that we will get girlfriends. With Mana around us." Cheren noted.

Chrom held that thought for a bit, as he doubted "Or she becomes our wingman. Whichever wins the girls here."Chrom asserted. Cheren glared at Chrom. "Speak to your self. This. Guy. Is. Not. Getting. A. Date!"

"You can never know. A gal may like weaklings like you so that she can be the nurse in the relationship." Chrom joked.

Cheren ignored his comment and finished with the book sleeves. Chrom pulled out his phone once more to find another text. Chrom headed outside to his porch to spot as silver-colored van driving in the driveway. Chrom happily waves to the driver. Solana got out of the car and walked to Chrom.

"Any troubles with Yuki," Chrom asked.

"None at all. Yuki drove me here safety. It pains me to leave her here; here are the keys."Solana noted.

"That is Cheren's car, alright." Chrom grabbed the key and added to his keyring.

"Cheren named his car Yuki, as well as his plants that are in the back seat." Solana addressed.

"Did you water them on your way here?" Chrom asked.

"Yeah, each stop, I have misted the plants. " Solana explained,

"Great, Cheren will be glad to hear that." Chrom smiled.

Solana turned towards the rented truck and looked back at Chrom.

"Want me to take this big boy back to the city for ya?" Solana asked.

"Will you be so kind?" Chrom gave her the key to the truck.

Solana looked at the key and unlocked it. Another car slowly drives into the driveway, behind the silver van. Chrom waved at the driver, the driver opened the window and waved back. The truck went off the driveway, as the second car backed up and followed the vehicle. Chrom gave a sigh and opened the van, and took two potted plants inside."Cheren, they made it here with Yuki," Chrom stated. Cheren looked at Chrom and stopped his track to greet the plants. Chrom rolled his eyes and moved the furniture around.
