Chrom have headed toward the town to breathe in the air. The city was small, but many people knew each other like family. A couple of elders have walked up to Chrom, greeting him.
"Good morning, young. My My, you're a new face." The woman smiled.
"Yeah, I have moved in that big house at the edge of town," Chrom stated.
"Hmmm, Your face is not new. I have seen you around before. You were that kid that picked all my roses from my garden!" The man fumed.
"Dear, leave the young man only. He just moved in; there is no way that boy could be him. Even if that boy did harm to your garden, that boy would help you plant it back. Like I said, once the boy was telling you that others did the deed."The woman stated.
"No, I know that boy did it. You better watch out, kid, I have an eye on you." The man explained.
"Yes, sir. I will see you later." Chrom bowed towards the couple before they left.
"See, Dear, this young man is well mattered. Both boys have Nothing in common, well expect that they look alike. Perhaps their related?"The woman questioned.
Chrom watches the couple as they walked into a small house. Chrom giggled as he walked his way towards the barkery. As he opened the barkery door, the smell of bread starts to fill the air. Chrom stood there, taking in the scent.
"Chrom, is that you?"Raiden asked.
"Yes, It's me, Raiden."Chrom laughed.
"You really need to stop smelling the room; your silence is scary," Raiden stated.
"My bad." Chrom laughed as he walked up to the counter.
Raiden stared at Chrom as he footstep echo the room. His ears flatten on his head as for his tail stretched out.
"What brings a wolf here?" Raiden hissed.
"Um, did you wake up the bad side of the bed?" Chrom asked."No, I just noticed you left something here yesterday," Raiden explained.
Chrom's tail started to wag.
"Cool, So what did Pricallsa think of it so far?" Chrom smiled.
Raiden hissed, as his bell necklace let out a soft chime. Raiden started to lash out at Chrom.
"She won't read it out to me! Did you send her a love letter? Are you thinking of taking her away from me? I will let you know that she only needs me!" Raiden hissed.
Chrom was dumbfounded as his tail stopped wagging. "I left a Resume here, Raiden."
Raiden ear perked up, and his face turned red. "So it was not a love letter? It's was a resume."
"Yes, Raiden, it's just a resume," Chrom explained.
Raiden started to laugh, which led to crying. Raiden hugged his legs and silently cried. Chrom leaned on the countertop to check on Radien.
"Raiden, are you okay?" Chrom asked.
Raiden jumped up and pointed to the air in front of him. Chrom leaned back as he watches Raiden point at Nothing.
"I am fine!" Raiden cried.
Chrom raised an eyebrow. "Okay then, so did Pricsalla see my resume?"
Raiden stopped and snapped a couple of times. Raiden then walked into the kitchen. Chrom pulled out his phone as he waited. A couple of minutes later, Raiden was pulled by a girl. The girl had light tan skin, brown hair tied into two buns, wearing hearing aids in her ears.
"Hey Priscilla, I here to check on you to see if you have seen my resume," Chrom asked.
Priscilla started at him and brought her hands to her ears.
"Can you say that again, I did have these on," Priscilla asked.
"Did you read my resume?" Chrom repeated.
"I have read it."Priscilla smiled.
"Do I get the job?" Chrom asked.
Priscilla raised her hands and signed no. Chrom's face was filled with shock.
"No, why is that?" Chrom asked.
"I have many workers here. So it's full now, there are no available jobs at the moment. You can come back next time." Priscilla stated.
"I understand. Oh, right, I am going to sign this next part." Chrom said.
Chrom sign," Raiden got jealous. He thought the resume was a love letter."
Priscilla giggled as Riden was dumbfounded.
"What's so funny, Honeybun?"Raiden asked.
"Nothing, my kitten. It's just you being you." Priscilla hugged Raiden.
Chrom walked out of the shop as he laughed. Chrom headed toward other shops; when he enters, he comes out rejected from a job. The last shop he stops by is the cafe, Vanilla sugar. Chrom gulped his pain and walked in. As he opened the door, the scent of coffee overwhelms Chrom.
"You must be Chrom! Thank goodness we got your resume. Though why did you send in a resume? You could have talked to us." The girl stated
The girl had hair dark as the night—fair light beige skin with chocolate color eyes.
"I am fine. Can we talk outside?" Chrom asked. The girl agreed as they walked outside. Chrom breathed in the fresh air and exhaled.
"What was all that?" The girl asked.
"Well, I don't like coffee, nether it's the smell," Chrom explained.
"Okay, that is way to overreact towards the smell of coffee. I will put that as a flaw." She stated.
"Please, I need this job! I have been rejected out of every place in town." Chrom cried.
"Rejected out of all jobs available. That is impossible; I know someone around here had a job opening. What was their reasoning" The girl asked?
"They told me that I remind them of a kid that brought bad luck where he went." Chrom pointed.
"Okay, then. Well, I will be asking you a few questions. Let's sit down here." The girl said.
Chrom nodded his and took a seat.
"My name Is Jennifer Gracia. My friends call me Coco. I help my Aunt with the family cafe." Jennifer stated.
"My name is Chrom Gray, I just moved here with my siblings from the city. I am currently unemployed." Chrom stated.
"Alright, first Questions, Are you an Exorvet of an introvert?" Jennifer read from a separate piece of paper.
"I am an Exorvet?" Chrom answers with confusion.
"Next question, Are you Single or taken?" Jennifer read.
"Single," Chrom revealed.
"Next one, Do you have any allergies that should be let know?"Jennifer asked.
"Yes, I will list it out. I am allergic to Salt, certain spices, grapes, Chocolate, onion, garlic, leek, caffeine, chives, and Macadamia nuts."Chrom stated.
"Okay, then next question. What was your last job?" Jennifer read.
"I worked in retail for 3 years. I quit just a week ago, on Monday." Chrom pointed out.
" Are you currently looking for a sweetheart?" Jennifer read.
"No, I am not. At the moment, I going to settle down into town first." Chrom stated.
"Ah, sorry that question was edited in by my dear cousin," Jennifer pointed out.
"I was about to say." Chrom laughed.
Jennifer joined in, the laugher died out, and went back to the interview. An hour later, the interview was finished. They both shook hands as they got up from their seat.
" I will contact you later if you get the job," Jennifer said.
"Thanks for having me," Chrom said.
They both part ways, Jennifer into the shop, and Chrom headed home.
"Coco Dear, you finished the interview?" A woman asked.
Jennifer nodded and place the papers down in front of the woman. The woman picked the piece up and read Jennifer's notes that were along with the questions.
"He said was he trying to get a job at other places but got rejected." Jennifer started as she ties her apron on.
"These allergies are quite the same as Rostuo. Don't you find that funny?" The woman smiled.
"Aunt Akane, allergies are not funny. They can kill people due to their body not being built to handle it." Jennifer pointed out as she filled the cup with coffee.
"I know it's funny, I just find it cute that Rostuo is no longer alone," Akane said.
Jennifer stood there quiet as she pours in the milk.
"You still think he is still alive?" Jennifer questioned.
