Marina's cheeks were still warm as she sat close to Aiden. The faint blush on her face refused to fade, and her mind was a more or less a whirlwind of thoughts. She tried to focus on why she had come to see him in the first place, but the image of his well defined chest and packs glued stubbornly in her mind.

"Well?" Aiden's voice broke through her thoughts, pulling her back to reality. 

Marina shook her head slightly, trying to gather herself. "It's… it's about Amira," she started, her voice a bit shaky but quickly became firm as she spoke. "I don't trust her. She's up to something, and I don't think she came here just to visit Summer."

Aiden raised an eyebrow in surprise, leaning back against their bedframe. His casual posture didn't disguise the sharpness in his gaze as he considered what she had just said. "You think she's a threat?" he asked, his tone probing.
