Wellington Mansion

The troubles and heartaches in the Wellington residence was starting to get out of hand for Marina, like a storm waiting to break through. Marina woke to a dull ache she felt in her chest, a feeling she had come to know was caused by Amira's arrival at the house. Her sleep had not been sweet for some time now, as though that wasn't enough she had come to seeing cryptic notes which did not help the matter at all. 

After having a cold shower and dressing up, Marina made her way downstairs, pausing just outside the dining room when she heard Summer and Amira laughing. "Oh, not again," she said to herself. Their annoying laughter made her head ache, but she forced herself to enter with a calm facade.

"Good morning, everyone," she greeted, she managed to sound calm as she moved to pour herself a cup of tea.

Summer looked up with a sly smile. "Good morning, Marina. You are up early. Couldn't sleep?"
