Chereads / My Siren University Revenge System / Chapter 15 - Dark Skinned Enchantress

Chapter 15 - Dark Skinned Enchantress

It didn't take long for her to arrive at her destination. Now, she had to think about how she would land.

The siren university was in full view, and it was the most amazing university she had ever seen in the whole of her existence.

It was nothing like the ones in the real world and they were definitely never holding a candle to this one.

"Angel, how do I get down? I've spotted the university now."

"Gently stop flapping, the wings will understand and fly down peacefully. As you can see, other sirens are walking about and you don't want to give them the impression that you're an imposter."

"Do they get imposters here often? I wonder how they can even pull off pretending to be a siren." Sirena was honestly marveled at the fact that it could be possible.

"There are lots of different creatures, and even some of them are still unknown by the others because they just keep crossbreeding. This realm is even more dangerous than you can imagine, but your revenge is your strength. At no point should you ever fear."

Sirena was honestly impressed with the lecture. Finally, she was flying down.

"You sound like you could be a teacher." She said, complimenting Angel. She decided to accept the fact that her ai was probably programmed to have severe mood swings.

"Maybe when I retire." The ai replied, causing Sirena's lips to curl into a warm smile.

"You've got jokes. Alright, I've finally landed!" Sirena's feet hit the floor gracefully, and she walked into the university.

She saw lots of sirens moving around and doing their thing like they would in a normal university, but it was a bit different. Their wings were distracting because they were of different colors, sizes and designs. Their face cards? Lethal. For a second, it crossed Sirena's mind that she liked girls but she was going to control herself.

"Angel, how do I locate Sephora?" Sirena asked, looking around and taking in the place.

Before Angel would reply, a siren walked up to her. Her features contrasted with sirens so much because while Sirena was light skinned, this siren was dark skinned and her elegance was enough to bring Sirena to her knees.

"There she is, the chosen siren."

She walked up to her, all smiles.

Sirena could not stop staring at this beauty. If Sirena thought she was beautiful and was even attracted to her own self, it was probably because she had not met other sirens or it was because she was bisexual. She couldn't place what she was feeling at that moment. all she could was stare until it clicked.

Chosen siren? It wasn't the first time that anyone would call her that because even her ai had always referred to her as the chosen siren. What did it even mean?

"What?"

"You're Sirena, aren't you? We've been waiting for you." Hearing her angelic voice and looking at her up close, Sirena thought she would pass out. Since when did this insatiable attraction for women start?

"Me, you've been waiting for me?" Sirena managed to ask, looking away as their eye contact was too much for her to bear.

"Yes we have for a while now. It's in the prophecy that you will come and save us all from Sephora."

"Prophesy? What prophesy?"

"The ones our ancestors left to us. It has always been predetermined. Seeing you here now means we are so close to freedom. I'm so glad you didn't abandon us."

Sirena couldn't believe what she was hearing. Just days ago, she was a perfect human in a supposed marriage, and now a system picked her? From there, she's a supposed chosen siren from a prophecy.

Standing there, she realized that it was a lot to take in and she needed some time to breathe and accept what was happening to her.

At this point, she could get killed if care wasn't taken. It was no longer thrilling. All she asked for was vengeance, not all of this. But then again, she was too righteous for her own good, and maybe that's why the system chose her. Looking back, she couldn't even blame it, after all her rage called it towards her when she died.

"What's wrong? Why are you pale all of a sudden?"

The siren asked as she looked at Sirena with concern. When it was clear that Sirena had no plans to respond, the siren called some girls to take her in to rest. It was a true university and it had everything.

Sirena woke up forty-five minutes later, having no idea how she slept off or where she was. When her mind searched for memories and she remembered her task, she sprang out of bed instantly.

"Where is the incubus university?"

She asked, talking to the black beauty in particular. She was apparently waiting for her to wake up and sirens couldn't be more grateful, but the close proximity was killing her and she was running out of time. She had no plans to find out what would happen if she fails the task, or if Sephora gives the sirens to the Incubus.

"There's something I have to do. I feel better so I'm leaving." Sirena said, getting out of bed and rushing out.

[Task to be completed in two hours, twenty nine minutes.]

"We can help you. You don't have to do it alone." The girl stood by the door after Sirena ran out. She had rich black locs with golden beads on her hair that she brushed to the other side unconsciously. That singular act made Sirena's throat run dry. She needed to leave her presence, and fast.

"I get that, but I really have no time to spare." Sirena hoped the siren would understand, but the dark skinned enchantress wasn't budging.

"Why not?" Her voice was all Sirena could think about. She hated herself and her sexuality for the first time. She couldn't even walk away from this siren even if she wanted to. She couldn't even look away either.

"I don't know. It's hard to explain." She couldn't possibly tell the siren about the system, or could she? She was in a tight corner and her brain couldn't think of a way to get her out of the situation.

"At least try."

"No one knows about the system. This system is a one to one single binding system."

Angel whispered in the most robotic warning voice, leaving no room for argument and obviously, Sirena knew better at that moment.

"When the system told you that the first time, you weren't in the best state of mind but I'm sure you'll remember it now. Tell no one. Make up an excuse, and hurry!"
