Chapter 19 - Napoleon Bonaparte

As Joseph finished his speech, he immediately removed the cloth covering the flag and raised it high. This time, the flag was not being raised to teach about history, but rather to mark the beginning of its revival - the revival of the most powerful nation in history.

Suddenly, rays of sunlight shone down upon the people. The sunlight, like the radiance of the party, pierced through the hearts of all the Russian people. The light of justice and prosperity was being ignited in their hearts.

"Long live the Soviet Union!"

"Long live the Soviet Union!"

"Long live the Soviet Union!"

.....

Joseph smiled, looking at all of them, and said:

"The time has come! God has given us an opportunity - a once-in-a-millennium chance to revive the Soviet Union once more. This time, we have outstanding leaders who will live on forever, so there will be no more mistakes. Let us, together, lead our nation to glory and bring humanity to a bright future!"

Cheers of support echoed everywhere, and Joseph was no exception, as his image spread across Russia.

The people once again saw hope for the revival of their great nation. What seemed hopeless now had the possibility of becoming reality thanks to God's intervention through this test.

The number of Joseph Stalin's supporters kept growing. They found nothing wrong with what he said. To ensure the best future for humanity, the Soviet Union must be revived and lead all of humanity to glory.

Ultimately, this was just their thought. Perhaps, in another era, the chances of success would be relatively high, but this was a time when many had awakened to the call of the era, so it would be very difficult.

.....

At the same time in France, there was a refined man who was not very tall (by French average height). But that didn't matter, for the aura emanating from him exuded a confidence and greatness that were indescribable.

He was an officer in the French army, currently on leave, and was out and about. His home was in the capital, Paris - a city mocked by the world in 2024.

The events of that year were like a thorn lodged deep within his heart, an unbearable irritation. The great France that he held dear had unwittingly become a source of ridicule, filling him with disappointment.

But as a true man, he knew that the proper course of action wasn't to blame the government. Instead, he needed to find an opportunity to restore the glory of the French Empire, which had once been the master of an era.

He was involved in the evacuation efforts, and during this time, a spark ignited within him.

"If not now, then when?"

With this determination, he set out to find a place where he could attract attention, preferably one with a good sound system.

After searching for a while, he finally found a spot where someone was making announcements that met his requirements. Although he hadn't asked for permission, as a cultured man, he wouldn't interrupt someone mid-speech. He waited patiently until they were done before taking the microphone.

Seizing the moment, he quickly stepped up to the spot, leaving the crowd around him in astonishment.

"Let me borrow this for a moment." he said, not waiting for the man's consent before taking the microphone to begin his speech.

The man, somewhat overawed by his extraordinary presence, didn't resist. Though he couldn't fathom who this man before him was, he felt an inexplicable sense of trustworthiness.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the opportunity for our great French Empire, which once dominated the world, to rise again has arrived. As you have all seen, God has bestowed upon humanity martial souls, granting us the chance to grow stronger, to live longer. And this is a rare opportunity for our nation.

Our nation is a great one, a nation that once struck fear into the hearts of the entire world. If not for the fact that all of them joined forces against us, we would have never been defeated. That glorious era was a crucial chapter in the history of all humanity.

But what of now? Now, the French Empire of old is nothing more than a laughingstock to the world. Just last year, after that ridiculous festival, the whole world laughed in our faces - at our country, at our nation.

Why did such a disgraceful thing happen? Are the people of France truly willing to accept this humiliation before the entire world? Who are we? We are a strong and great nation, a people who once made the world tremble, a heroic and mighty people, the true leaders of humanity.

To ensure the advancement of human civilization, our great French Empire must be the nation to unify the world. Our great nation is the only one with the dignity and capability to undertake this noble responsibility. We cannot afford to miss the opportunity that God has given us.

I am Napoleon Bonaparte, and I will devote my entire life to helping you and our nation fulfill this noble mission. Let us end all meaningless wars among humanity once and for all. Our great nation does not fear sacrifice in the name of justice, for the future of our country, and for the future of humanity.

We have succeeded once before, so we only need to do it again. Do you agree with me?

Long live the French Empire! Long live the French people!"

The French flag fluttered in the wind, and the pride of the nation rose high. They once had a glorious history worth being proud of, but it could not be sustained to the present day.

"That's right! Long live the French Empire."

"Support Napoleon!"

"We will claim the rightful place that belongs to our country, to our people."

.....

Though their words differed, the people were united in their support for Napoleon. He had given voice to their innermost feelings, the pride in a once-mighty empire that had never truly faded from their hearts over the years.

It was not unreasonable to think that they, who had once stood at the pinnacle of the world, could achieve any feat, no matter how incredible, driven by their pride.

Napoleon was elated by the people's reaction. Although the current state of the nation disappointed him, the people did not. They truly were the great nation he held in his heart. He shouted:

"Our great nation, with its undying pride, will surely succeed! There is no difficulty we cannot overcome! No enemy we cannot defeat! There is nothing impossible for our people. Let us awaken the French Empire, which has slumbered for countless years!"
