Chapter 8 - Chapter 9

The expected time needed to continue the child training program was coming to an end.

The rise of Tanya had come too suddenly as if she had concealed her power and waited for the best time to show her skills and to handle anything that came after that.

The previous first place was popular and were unsatisfied with their loss so they gathered some others to teach Tanya a lesson but were swiftly beaten up by her despite outnumbering her.

She was too small and quick for them to catch while each of her timed attacks made use of their impulsiveness and unstable emotions that they failed to control due to their young ages.

Many lay beneath her feet in defeat and there soon became a new leader among them. Captain Rich was making his regular report to the noble and royal factions who were expecting him to produce some useful pawns for them.

The child soldier program was a cheap method of raising child assassins and scouts for their war efforts but some special individuals could prove more useful.

Captain Rich was once someone who was involved in a similar situation since he was sponsored by a noble family.

The nobles loved to flaunt their wealth and status so they occasionally did some things to display such power by raising useful 'pets' or 'retainers' that they could boast about during gatherings.

He was brought into a noble family to be nurtured for warfare and many of his achievements would go to the noble family granting them great prestige.

He wrote a report going into detail about Tanya and how he believed that she possessed great talent not only in combat but also her intellect was enough to make her a skilled strategist at a young age.

He wanted some extra support for her before she was thrown into battle.

Several days later, a small sum of money arrived which was barely enough to cover the making of some smaller weapons.

Tanya was so small that carrying a rifle or a sword would stand out too much on her.

He gifted Tanya a pair of daggers as she graduated from the program. "Survive Tanya."
