The next morning Jason wakes up and is hit with the total sensation of hunger. He quickly gets up and goes to get something to eat. Never has Jason felt this sort of hunger in his life. After eating he makes his way into the backyard. He decided that for the rest of the time left before he and Gracie left will be spent training or at least at Gracie's house. He knows that he must get control over his powers before something dangerous happens and he needs them. Jason opens his Status before starting training, he wants to check in on it to see if the training causes any changes.

Looking over his status he was delighted to see the new Skills added to the list. He still has no idea about these Soul Skills, however, he has decided to ignore these for now. He sits on the ground to being his Earth training. He spends about three hours in his training before switching over to Water and continuing for another three hours. During this time Gracie has been busy in the flower beds around her house. She enjoys the scent of the flowers and making honey. Collecting pollen is the perfect medium between the two and is a bit relaxing. Gracie when she was first trying had difficulty due to being a bit bigger than the flowers. However, over time she learns to use magic to help strengthen the flowers enough so she can work.
Gracie is about to head into the house when she sees Jason switching to Wind practice. She has become sort of proud of this guy, normally the teaching of skills is only done between those like a master and pupil. Gracie felt something in Jason though so she wanted to help him in some way. Now seeing the work Jason is putting into his training Gracie knows she made the right choice in teaching him. She happily heads into the house to begin her honey-making.
Jason spends another three hours practicing his Wind magic before he is forced to stop. Using his magic for such a long duration depletes his hunger faster than normal. He stands up and stretches a bit sore from sitting on the ground for about nine hours. Jason heads into the house thinking about what he will make for dinner. As he is entering the house there is an overwhelming delicious scent coming from the kitchen. Making his way into the kitchen he is surprised to see Zachary and Gracie working on dinner. "Oh hello guys," Jason says while entering the kitchen. "Dang it we're going to surprise you!!" Gracie flies over to his shoulder before lightly kicking it "Gracie saw you taking your training seriously and wanted to make something special to celebrate" Zachary explains slightly laughing at Gracie's temper tantrum. "Well sorry for crashing the surprise but whatever it smells amazing" Jason replies trying to make amends.
Jason was told to disappear for about ten minutes for dinner to be done. Curious about what they are cooking he asks only to be shushed and pushed out of the kitchen by Zachary. Defeated Jason relaxes on the couch and starts thinking to himself. He is both proud of the new life and skills has been given but also extremely happy. In his previous world, Jason was a bit of a loner, he didn't avoid people or was socially awkward he just preferred to keep a small circle of friends. Now in this world, Jason already seemed to have found his group of friends and feels blessed to have such good ones. Eventually, he is pulled to the table and is told dinner is now ready. Sitting down he gets excited about what they could have possibly made. "So Gracie went on a bit of an escapade to find someone to sell this but we made Fire Falcon," Zachary says excitedly and hurriedly brings out the food. Unsure of what Fire Falcon actually is the best he can say it looks like is a giant turkey. Wow'ed by the size of the thing Jason is speechless which causes the other two to chuckle. The three dig into their personal feast, and Jason is once again speechless. The taste is something totally magical, he has no way to describe it due to having no other things to compare it to. He continues digging in completely overwhelmed with delight.
After dinner is over Gracie goes into the kitchen to start cleaning the dishes. Zachary and Jason head into the backyard. Jason has to finish Fire magic practice and Zachary figures even though he is a Fire elemental one can never practice too much so he joins. Unbothered Jason closed his eyes and starts focusing on his training. Zachary starts just by observing Jason's training and is a bit confused. This way of training was new to him and he wanted to try it. After watching Jason enough to determine what to do Zachary begins to emulate Jason's training. Zachary is able to make two fireballs appear but when he tries to extinguish them he is hit with extreme resistance. Eventually, he is able to put the too out but it almost exhausted his mana. Utterly confused he decides to just sit and watch Jason to try and figure out what he had missed. Jason continues his training for three hours before Zachary has to snap him out of it. Darkness has fallen and it has gotten too dangerous to practice. Zachary bids Jason farewell before heading back to his house. Jason offered him to stay over but he refused to say he didn't live too far away. Jason heads into the house and gets ready for bed. This time he isn't extremely tired so he has a brief worry about that weird dream before he falls of asleep.
