Jason ends up being unconscious for about a week. In this time Gracie and Zachary finished mapping out the important areas of the city, Zachary has grown increasingly worried as Jason stays asleep. The magic Jason used was highly advanced and his body wasn't ready for it. Zachary hopes that Jason is able to recover enough mana to wake up. At the week mark Gracie begins to worry as this is usually the time that the person either is able to finally wake up or only gets worse. There is not much one can do after mana depletion takes effect but wait. Zachary and Gracie Spend the day in their room, wanting to be there in case Jason woke up. "What do we do if he doesn't wake up?!" Zachary anxiously says, as if on cue Jason groans out "my head…." before pulling the blankets over him. He woke up with a severe headache. Gracie laughs and tosses a glass bottle onto Jason's lap "Well good your up we don't have to deal with that" She says directing at Zachary ``drink the potion that I threw to you it'll help with your headache this one will help recover you physically" She finishes while tossing another glass bottle onto the bed. Slowly Jason sits up, he feels as if someone was splitting him in half with an ax. He picks up the two bottle's opening a cap on the first. Drinking it he is suddenly hit with a burst of energy. The migraine tormenting him moments before had vanished, looking at his Mp bar it seemed to have been full now. Figuring the first was a mana potion he drinks the other bottle. The ache he was feeling from laying unmoving for a week vanished as well. It wasn't as overbearing as the migraine but now Jason felt as if he could run a marathon.
"Where did you get these?" Jason asks curiously "We've been exploring the city due to you being asleep for the past week" Gracie starts "we found their adventure association and took a look around in there, found they sell a few things so bought these cause they looked like it might help" She finishes her run down of how they obtained the vials. "So do they have any training areas?" Jason asks excitedly. "Yes, and they have something better too" Zachary starts off excited as well "They have basic training, magic training, and weapons training yards, as well as TWO DUNGEONS!" He finishes practically yelling the last part."Um. What is a dungeon?" Jason asks his curiosity to get the better of him. Gracie gives Zachary a look before explaining "Dungeons are these bigger magic pearls that rise out of the ground randomly" She begins "these Dungeons pull in local monsters and mutate them together to get stronger monsters to guard them, If someone manages to clear a Dungeon they are able to obtain the magic pearl that transports them inside this city has found two dungeons and cleared them" She finishes clearly excited. Jason gets the gist of her explanation, they seem a bit different than the ones from earth's anime but hopefully, they act similar. He gets the other two's excitement if he has the possibility to raise his status fighting. "So the city lets random people enter these Dungeons? And are you able to improve in them?" Jason asks his final two questions "That's the catch only registered adventures can go into them but it's easy to get registered and yes you can find random loot drops from the monsters and occasionally one might find a skill drop" Zachary explains "These are lower level dungeons so I think to level wise we can only rise to level five or six in the first dungeon and up to maybe level ten in second".
Jason takes a couple of minutes to wrap his head around all the new information. The two had been extremely busy while he was asleep and that made him feel a bit disappointed, however, he quickly snapped out of it as he realized he must've saved someone putting the fires out so it was worth it. Looking out the window Jason can see it's about mid-afternoon, and deciding to take it easy for the rest of the day to ensure he has gotten his strength back "Do you guys want to go check them out tomorrow?" Jason hopefully asks the two. They laugh before responding in unison "sure". Gracie after calming down a bit explains how they prepared mostly everything figuring that if Jason woke up he'd wanna go. Not to mention Zachary was beyond excited to go as well, he was the one who made Gracie and him register before Jason woke up. Bringing food out of his inventory Zachary hops onto the bed next to Jason. "Here you must be starving," He says while handing it to Jason. Jason ultimately takes it after a loud stomach growl exposed how hungry he was. Gracie flies over and relaxes on Jason's shoulder, The two are relieved to have their friend back.
After the three finished snacking on food, Jason ended up eating enough for the three of them. Gracie starts giving Jason a full rundown of the city and what they have found out. Apparently, there is a royal eleven council that runs the city, and there are many "Attractions" like a school for Magic, Swordsmen, and even Archers. Adventures Associations were looking over the two dungeons and around them where shops for gears and such are located. The final thing they found was that once registered with the Association, if they go to another city they don't need to register again, they just show their Adventurer ID. The mini world that Gracie and Zachary spent most of their lives in has suddenly expanded by threefold and Jason finally feels he's at a place where he can enjoy this life.
The three spend the rest of the night goofing around and just enjoying the relaxation. Knowing the next day was going to bring trouble they decided to call it an early night as the sun started to set. Gracie climbs onto her nightstand bed and Zachary cuddles into the bed next to Jason. Jason himself ended up laying awake for a few hours, he wasn't tired but had to figure out a way to expand his mana faster. Falling unconscious after casting a bigger spell was highly unfavorable so he starts thinking of ways to improve his capacity. The only idea he comes up with before finally falling asleep was through training like before, or there might be some magical gear that could help him. The second idea had nothing to back it up so Jason decided to think more about it once he got to see the dungeon and the gears that were around there. That night Jason realized how naturally warm Zachary was. His fiery hair never caught anything on fire but his body temperature was like a furnace. This was due to Zachary being a Fire elemental but Jason didn't know it.
