While Audrey was experiencing a self-reflecting moment, the doors opened again to welcome a very handsome man. One of the most accomplished young men in the whole country, a business mogul engaging in every business he thought would be profitable.

His face looked like he walked out of a painting, his jet black hair parted to the side combined with a curtain fade. His muscles bulged from the black suit as he walked briskly with the governor, he introduced him to a group formed by other government officials.
The ladies were especially stunned to see that Lucas Walton had come to the event, they never expected that he'd come, most of them immediately rearranging their clothes and walking towards him in hopes that he would notice them. The billionaire's strut contained elegance and everything between, no wonder he was an eye candy to the women in the hall and wherever he went.

Audrey just heard whispers and the crowd giving way to someone, a male as he walked past them to a group of government officials, she couldn't see his face, but he must have been someone important.
Audrey thought he was arrogant, 'a party which wasn't his own and he arrived late!, if I were rich, I wouldn't change my attitude, I'll try as much to be humble!', she reasoned.
Apart from the fact that everybody wanted to have a chat with the powerful billionaire that walked into the room, the festivities went on as usual.
Earlier that evening.
Lucas had just come out of a two-hour-long meeting when Ryan, his assistant, and personal secretary approached him. "Talk to me Ryan", Lucas said as they headed for the president's office, " You have another meeting with miss Gomez and then you have to attend the Governor's banquet!", Ryan said, causing Lucas to stop walking
"Party, no one told me about any party, I'm not going to any party!", Lucas said in his deep magnetic voice which caused Ryan to fidget. " But if you do, you get to see the mayor of city Y, talking to him can accelerate the proper sale we need for the next meeting", Ryan said, earning a grunt of disapproval from Lucas.
"Have Martins go to the banquet instead", Lucas said in an attempt to avoid the annoying social gathering. " But, sir…?", Ryan said, already afraid of what the president was going to say next. "What!!?", Lucas bellowed, making his assistant more afraid, " the Vice President went on the business trip to the next city", Ryan said, already terrified, holding the tab firmly against his chest.
"Fine!!, prepare a suit for me!", Lucas said sitting down on his seat after taking off his blazer," right away sir!", Ryan said practically running away from the room. Ryan came in moments later with a black suit and took it to the private room just beside the vase on the far side of the office.
Lucas had his short meeting with Miss Gomez, a possible investor in the company, Walton Globals. The meeting stretched for another thirty minutes because her flight got delayed. Lucas didn't mind though, it was a good excuse to waste time, he wouldn't have to go to the party early.
The meeting finished, Lucas closing another deal successfully, Ryan escorted miss Gomez out of the company as Lucas went into his private room to change.
Lucas drove to the party himself after Ryan had called him several times to remind him that the governor was waiting for him, he wasn't surprised that the governor was waiting for him, he was expecting it because the governor needed a big favor from him.
It was always like that in business, everybody needed to curry the right favors from the right people, some sort of advertisement or a need, a field where the wits were not enough.

It was a given, that most people enjoyed the show, there were performances from star comedians and artists to make the atmosphere lively.
Prisca came back to Audrey after some time, complaining that her heels were killing her, Audrey kindly exchanged roles with her. Audrey burst into giggles when Prisca removed her heels and sighed as she leaned on the wall behind her.
The workers were free to choose what they would wear with the top, While Audrey chose to be in jeans and sneakers, Prisca preferred to be in a pencil skirt and heels.
Audrey laughed and went to the bartender carrying the tray to refill the drinks, she headed into the main part of the hall, walking around silently, when it seemed like she kept going with no one to call her attention for the drinks, she suddenly heard one of the guests.
"Waiter, two glasses of martinis please", Audrey said to find a man looking in her direction, she quickly went forward and dropped the martinis in front of the man. There were a total of four drinks, three martinis, and one cock tail, so after Audrey dropped the two martinis, there were still two full glasses.
She smiled after the men showed their gratitude and they commented on her smile, Audrey showed her gratitude and turned to leave when she bumped into an actress who Prisca had told her about earlier that night.
Unfortunately, the drinks poured on the actress attracted the attention of everybody else, "don't you look at where you are going, bitch!", " I didn't mean to, I'm sorry!", "well, sorry won't fix my dress, do you know how much it costs, your sorry ass could never afford it in your wretched life!".
Audrey couldn't take it anymore after her last line of insult, Prisca who knew that Audrey would erupt like a volcano quickly dragged her away from the scene, leaving Madam Raquel to deal with the actress.
