She slightly parted her lips to breathe, her lips being soft and plump, the dark maroon shade of her lipstick gave her lips a life of their own..... He kept looking at them, being drowned at the thought of having a taste of those pretty lips, the prettiest he had ever seen till then....
She too wanted it.
Staring at him for a while now, she never looked away. The stare was too intense for him not to notice and so they locked eyes with each other. She wanted him to take a step towards her and approach her first. She wanted to be in the corners with him... all alone.....In that grand party of approximately five hundred people, she felt as if he was the only visible one in existence with the surrounding being filled with ghost voices.
That was a lie.....which she was trying to convince herself. She could clearly see the other visible figure beside him.....his WIFE.
Didn't matter though. She had already taken an interest in him. So he was hers. She knew that she didn't even need to do anything to snatch him away from his "wife" and that he would crawl up to her soon. He was already drawn to her .... there was no doubt in that. The only thing she had to do was to wait ... just for a little while...
