"It's useless for us to blame each other. The past let it pass. Now, we just have to go forward and improve each other," Daffa explained.
"Yes, Babe. Problems will remain in everyone's household. We just need to ask God to always be strengthened and be able to go through everything together," Fera agreed.
"Because of yesterday's troubles, we even missed our wedding anniversary, right?"
"Gosh! My goodness, only this time I forgot an important day. Actually, from last month, I have been surprised, but for a long time, I forgot. Happy Anniversary, Sweetheart."
"I love you, Ferania," Daffa said intimately.
This married couple finally reconciled with themselves. The romantic date night that the two of them held went smoothly. They decided that Fera didn't have to always go to the café and attend every important meeting. She remains a stay-at-home mom but still oversees office finances from home only. The rest is returned to Fahmi or Daffa to arrange everything directly.
They both wanted to vacation out of town to celebrate their wedding anniversary. However, it doesn't feel right if they don't take the children. After all, since Dinda and Devin were born, they have never been invited to travel even though they are only around the city of Bandung. So they finally went to Mrs Arni's house to pick up their child.
"Roughly, where are we going, Babe?" asked Daffa, driving.
"Where are you going, anyway. What about we're going to the zoo?"
"Sounds fun!"
All the supplies she had brought. Fera believes no more items are left behind, especially children's goods.
"Mom, you come with us?!"
Fera got out of her car and then kissed her in-laws, who were holding Devin.
"Where are you going, Fer?" asked Mrs Arni back.
"To the Zoo, Ma. Uh, Siska is at home, right?" said Fera.
"Well, ok. Mama hasn't been there for a long time. Siska, invite me, ok? Andi again accompanied her in the court," said Mrs Arni.
"Boy, it just so happens. We're just going to go, it's exciting."
Coincidentally, Andi is indeed visiting Siska, whose condition is getting better and better.
Finally, they went out together. They all seemed excited to enjoy this impromptu holiday with two cars in tandem.
An hour passed, and the two cars finally arrived at the Bandung Zoo.
Visitors at that time were crowded but still adhered to local health protocols.
"You guys wait here, ok? Let me be with Andi who booked the ticket. Adults of six people, children of two, right?" asked Daffa ascertained.
"Yes, but if a child under two is usually not led, Babe."
"Ok, just a moment."
After booking the tickets, this group of families went straight into the tourist attractions. For so many years, this zoo has been established. At least nothing has changed some of its animal positions.
"I bought bottled mineral water to that stall first. Our supply of drinks has run out," said Daffa, who took a short break.
Half an hour's walk to see various animals is quite tiring for adults. It's different with the little ones who enjoy the holiday. Daffa headed for one of the stalls in the middle of the area near the fish pond.
"Excuse me, i want to buy fiveof bottled mineral water," Daffa said to the stallkeeper girl who was turning her back.
The girl picked up Daffa's ordered goods behind her stall. When she picked it up, she turned around and noticed Daffa like someone familiar with his sight.
"Mr. Daffa??"
Daffa turned his head, "Karin? How come, are you here?"
"It's my mother's stall, sir. Are you here alone?" asked Karin.
"Oh, I'm with my family here. Oh, yes, this is the money, just take the change, ok?"
"This is too much change, sir. There are only thirty-six thousand in total."
Karin then pushed back a piece of red money from her boss.
"Don't mind. Just take it. I'm going there first, ok? My family is waiting."
"Thank you, Mr. Daffa."
Karin smiled as she nodded as Daffa left her stall. It was a very fitting coincidence that Daffa was able to meet the employee of his office.
"It's so long, Daf? Mama is already thirsty," protested Mrs Arni.
"It was accidental that Daffa met the office employees. She's selling here," Daffa said.
"Who?" asked Fera curiously.
"There is, a new employee. You don't know, she's only been in the office for a week."
They then continued their walks.
Drrrttt ….
The phone vibrated in Andi's trouser pocket. A message from someone he didn't keep his number with.
'When can I see you again?' the message read mysteriously.
Andi: Sorry, who are you?
'Are you forgot your soul mate?'
Shit.
This woman doesn't know the time. At least, that was the annoyance in Andi's mind at this time. He wondered, where did Putri get Andi's number from while he never felt like he was giving his number? The atmosphere that had been cheerful with the girlfriend's family now instantly turned gloomy because of Putri's message just now.
"Are you ok, Babe?" asked Siska to Andi.
"Ah, nope. Here's a phone call but I didn't have time to pick it up. I don't know who it is because there is no name," Andi said.
"Oh, can I see the number?"
"I deleted it earlier, Babe."
"Hmm, maybe it's a misconnection?"
"Yes, I think. Let's continue walking again. I like to go mostly to the crocodile area on the left."
As soon as possible, Andi immediately changed the subject. A little panicked but can be controlled. At least, that's the situation Andi is in at the moment.
Putri then called Andi repeatedly. The man was furious. He then briefly went to the toilet to Siska's family to reprimand Putri, who continued to pester him on the phone.
"Can you not stop bothering me?!" he said irritably.
"Hey, relax. It's wrong that you didn't reply to my message. So I called you all the time until I got an answer," explained Putri.
"I'm with my girlfriend, understand?!
"Oh, ok."
Putri turned off her tempo unilaterally. Andi was confused by the attitude of the betrothed woman to him. Sometimes, the woman was furious, sometimes also silent instantly.
"You, crazy chick!" grumbled Andi.
After finishing his affairs, Andi returned to where Siska was waiting for him. He walked past the stall that Daffa had stopped by earlier. He then stopped to buy a little eucalyptus oil for a while because Siska had complained about being bitten by many mosquitoes while walking in the zoo.
"Excuse .."
"Just now, there was the boss I told you about yesterday, Mom. He said he came here with his family."
Andi's sentence stopped when he saw the stallkeeper girl talking to her mother. He waited for the conversation between the two to be over first.
"Excuse me," Andi said after seeing the two finish talking.
"Uh, Yes, what do you want to buy?"
"Eucalyptus oil that is small in size one."
After buying the item, Andi returned to where Siska was already waiting for him. He breathed a sigh of relief because Putri no longer bothered him over the phone. Late in the afternoon, the staff family finished their short vacation. The zoo also closes at five o'clock in the afternoon. The twins slept in the car after a day of exhaustion from sightseeing. The two cars separated in the direction. Andi's car headed for Siska's house and drove her mom. Daffa's car went straight home.
"Thank you for going out with my family, Babe."
"You're welcome. I'm happy, it feels like I have a new family in Bandung while my original family is not here."
When he was about to say goodbye to go home, Andi's phone rang again. Knowing that it was definitely from Putri, he deliberately didn't pick it up. But unfortunately, he also forgot to turn his phone into silent mode.
"I'm going home first, ok?"
"yes, Honey. Be careful."
Andi got into his car and started the engine. The message notification sounded, and he opened it for a while before leaving.
'I'll come to your office tomorrow.' again, a message from the Princess.
