Chapter 1 - Prologue

A young man was rushing down the street. It was as if he was being chased by a ghost. He carelessly bumped into someone and fell down the street. He hurriedly got up and ran again but was stopped by some people.

"What is with you? Don't you know how to apologize when you hit someone?"

The cornered young man was extremely displeased about these remarks. He immediately grabbed his wallet, took a stack of money, and gave it to the woman he just bumped into.

"I am in a hurry. Take the money and leave." Then he rushed again but was then pulled by the woman.

"What do you think of me some kind of cheap woman? Apologize immediately!" the woman yelled.

"Let go! I don't have time for this!" he strongly brushed off the woman's hand but was then again held up.

"Don't you know how to apologize? What kind of cheap education did your parents think of you! You have no manners!" the woman argued.

The young man was so irritated and the lady kept on holding him demanding him to apologize. He really did not have a lot of time. His anger piled up and directly pulled the woman's collar and shouted at her.

"Hey, woman! Don't you understand that I am in a hurry?"

"Then just apologize! Why are you so disrespectful?" the lady retorted.

"Disrespectful? You don't know anything so shut up!" Forget about courtesy and respect for the fairer gender. In the gates of death. None of it matters. The young man just directly pushed her off and her being overwhelmed directly went off balance and fell. She was shocked and got up to look for the man.

The young girl's name was Francine. She grew up spoilt and never in her life was she treated so rudely. She was furious and wanted to berate the man more and more.

"Francine! Are you okay? Are you hurt?" her friend Caroline hurriedly helped her. "I'm okay. The man was just so rude. He bumped many people and did not even apologize." Francine pouted.

"I know him." A handsome young man stepped out from the shop they entered. He was tall and had a perfectly built body. Francine blushed when she saw him. "I'll call his brother for you so that he can apologize." Francine smiled so sweetly when she heard it.
