When everyone headed home, Dawn stood at the gate with her phone in her hand impatiently calling her mother but she was unreachable.
Hazel and her gang saw her at a distant and approached her.
"So..how will you go home now?" Hazel was curious.
Fuck! Sad but true. How will she make it home?
"My mum's coming to pick me up." She lied.
"Well if you want to you could,get inside my car and I could drive you home." Hazel suggested.
"NO!" Dawn barked making her friends puzzle.
"You see my mum is in her way and she'd be upset if she doesn't find me here." Another lie.
"But you'll just call her and tell her not to come for you cause Hazel is coming for you right?" Paige added and the three of them agreed in nods.
"Come on. Get inside my car." said Hazel as she searched for her black Range Rover keys inside her Dolce and Gabana purse. "Besides...you live next to Kim Kardashian. I'd love to get a glimpse of her house and perhaps even say hello." She winked at her in a wide smile.
Little did Dawn know that that was a set up. Hazel had a feeling that Dawn had been faking her life ever since that morning when Max caused a scene at the cafeteria.
There were so many reasons that added up that somehow Hazel believed Max's words when he called her pretentious in front of them. So she was trapping her into driving her home to actually confirm it for herself.
Dawn knew that she was busted for lying that she was neighbours with Kim Kardashian. Moreso for lying that her family was loaded with wealth.
"Oh Hazel...don't bother yourself." She patted her shoulder with a faint grin.
Suddenly her mother's car showed up and she honked at the girls.
"Dawn...get in!" Leslie shouted.
"Wait...lemme say hi to your mother. You said that she's um..the ambassador of Victoria Secrets right?" Hazel was curious.
Busted again.
"Yeah. But um we really have to go now. Maybe next time. Bye guys see you tomorrow." Dawn avoided the subject and blew them a kiss.
Hazel and her gang watched her leave their presence and got in her mother's car. Dawn waved them goodbye before they took off.
"Is that what a Victoria Secrets ambassador's car looks like?" Krystal scoffed in a laugh.
"Hmm yeah. You're right. It doesn't look posh." Paige added while scrolling through her phone.
The three of them wondered why Hazel was quiet about Dawn's mother's car that's when she said,"I want the three of you tonight at my house at 8pm. We have to do some research."
