Lyn, Paige and Krystal went to Hazel's home as they promised. They knew something was up and they couldn't miss the gossip Hazel was about to spill.
"Am glad you all made it." Hazel took out her laptop from her dressing table and joined her friends on her 8 by 8 king black wooden size bed.
"Why isn't Dawn here?" Paige asked as she watched Hazel operate her fingers on the laptop.
"Good question Paige." Hazel didn't even lift her head from the laptop screen.
"Why isn't Dawn here though?" Lyn insisted.
"I was hoping by now the three of you would've figured out the reason as to why we are all here." Hazel stopped typing.
"Yeah. We are here to do some research. Right?" Krystal shook her head being unsure of Hazel's intentions.
"Guys..." Hazel rubbed her temples. "We are here to find Dawn's real whereabouts."
"What do you mean by that?" Paige was still confused.
"You know... Dawn's real identity." Hazel smirked.
"Why are you doing this?" Krystal furrowed her eye brows.
It was clear to Hazel that the girls had no clue as to why she called that meeting but she had to make things clear.
"Because I just found out that she's not whom she claims to be."
"Meaning?" Lyn was also curious.
"Earlier today I asked my dad to ask fo Max's number and forward it to me. That's only because my dad and Max's father go to the same golf club. So I contacted Max and he gave me some very meaningful information." Hazel bragged.
"Soo...what did you find out?" Paige asked.
"Girls...what am about to tell you is really shocking."
"Just spit it out already." Lyn urged as she was already of Hazel not saying anything.
"Well...I have a few of Dawn's home real pictures. Lemme show you." She went back to her laptop and scrolled through it until she reached to the gallery folder and showed her friends Dawn's home.
The girls gasped as they saw her house which was just a simple bungalow estate that she lived in and not as she had claimed herself to be living in 4.2 million dollar mansion.
"Oh my God! So she lives there and not in old Town Calabasas?" Lyn was still shocked as she zoomed Dawn's all white bungalow.
"Yes. And there's more to that." Her friends were now keen as they faced Hazel wanting to listen to more.
"Dawn has been lying to all of us. She doesn't live in Calabasas more so next to Kim Kardashian."
"No wonder she never wanted us to go see her home." Paige fumbled.
"You see... everything is making sense now. Plus her mother is no Victoria secrets whatever. Her mother is a cashier at an ordinary supermarket in L.A."
"It really does make sense now why her mother's car wasn't posh." Krystal commented.
"Exactly. Plus she lives with her mother alone. Her parents separated when she was 9 years old making her mum a divorcee to be. I hear her dad left them for a mistress."
"Whoa!" The girls gasped. The gossip was becoming juicy. They still couldn't process everything that Hazel was saying practically hoping that most of the information was true.
"Then if that's the case...how did she manage to join Los Calabasas Highschool?" Lyn was still puzzled.
"Through scholarships." Hazel shrugged as she shut down her laptop closing the lid. "You know she's a tough one when it comes to books so she's sponsored by the school. But I bet if it weren't for her vast brains...there's no way she'd join our school."
"Soo...what are we gonna do about Dawn now that we know she's been nothing but an impostor?" Krystal was concerned for she loved Dawn the most. She considered her a sister and now that she found everything about her hoping Hazel wasn't making things up...it did kinda sadden her a bit.
"It's simple. We kick her out if the group and make her understand that she's no longer wanted in our lives." Hazel gave an evil smirk.
