Feng Jing swiftly pulled the persistent boy who staggered and finally balanced himself after clutching his arm. He didn't even flinch when he was glared at with hatred by the obviously panicked boy.
"Let's move on." Yan Linyuan said with a straight face without any change in his expression. He fully supported Feng Jing's idea to take Li Chuan with them even if they had to drag him.
Li tightened his grip on the iron rod and slowly opened the door. "Do any of you have any idea where the direction is?"
Li Chuan had a stinky face but he still had his priorities straight. He begrudgingly replied when he saw that the other two were clueless. "I know."
"Let's go to the Kendo club first." Yan Linyuan enthusiastically shared his thoughts when it came to his favourite sport. "We should be able to defend ourselves after getting a shinai"
Li was also very happy to follow them to the kendo clubs knowing that it would increase their efficiency and security.
They had to carefully make their way toward the kendo club. They finally reached the room but they could see a lonely zombie roaming in the room through the glass window.
"Are you guys ready?" Li readied his weapon after a brief agreement with the others and pushed forward bursting through the room.
Feng Jing and Yan Linyuan decisively entered and began looking for suitable weapons while Li Chuan refused to budge from the door.
Li easily smashed its head and rolled away successfully avoiding being splashed by blood. He release a relieved breathe and got up while patting his uniform. When he turned his head, he saw the black faces of two people. He glanced at their shirts and innocently touched his nose.
"Serves you both right." Li Chuan didn't forget to gloat in their misery still remembering their earlier aggressive behaviour.
Feng Jing frowned and asked in a displeased tone."How did you get here without a spot of blood on your uniform."
Others also looked at Li with eager eyes. They also wanted to remain spotlessly clean like Han Zhuoli.
"I was totally soaked in blood. I just changed my clothes afterwards" Li destroyed their unimaginable hope with a pitying face.
It could be seen that they were visibly disappointed. Who would want to get all bloodied if it could be avoided?
Feng Jing who was the only one facing toward the door shouted all of a sudden with a panicked expression. "Li Chuan, Get away from there!"
Li Chuan who was suddenly called was caught off guard. When he turned his head and saw the wide opened mouth, he felt as if his soul was escaping from his body.
His shaking legs were not able to support him and he slammed down on his knees. His eyes were looking straight at the zombies without even blinking.
Li hurried toward the zombie but he was still too far. When all of them had their heart stuck in their throat the zombie bumped into the human-shaped statue and plummeted onto the ground. It was struggling to get up as angry growls came out of its bloodied mouth.
Feng Jing and Yan Linyuan had dumfounded faces wondering if they were hallucinating. They rubbed their eyes but the scene was still the same.
Li, who was frozen in his tracks after watching the incredible scene finally moved. He mechanically went forward and stabbed the zombie who was wriggling on the floor.
Li picked up the Lemon flavoured lollipops with an entangled expression. He made a face and decisively turned toward the boy who was shaking non-stop.
"Here." Li stuffed the person hands without saying asking for his preference.
Li Chuan looked down at his hands and raised the lollipop with trembling movements. He unwrapped the cover with his shaky hands and popped it into his mouth.
He felt a little better after tasting the lemon flavour which was quickly spreading over his mouth and obstructing the bloody smell that was scattered in the air. He thankfully looked toward Li who waved his hands indicating that it was nothing.
Yan Linyuan and Feng Jing who clearly saw the expression on Li's face when he saw the lemon-flavoured lollipop looked at Li Chuan with sympathy.
Li Chuan was confused when he saw their sympathetic expression so he ignored them. He didn't forget to close the door tightly not wanting to experience that again.
The generous one provided the thing he didn't like and the pitiful one who gratefully took it.
It was a scene that was witnessed by two people and they were speechless by their interaction.
Feng Jing, who was about to gloat spared his friend for the time being when he saw the reddened eyes of Li Chuan. It could be clearly seen that the boy was so scared that almost tears fell down.
"How did you reach here alive?" Yan Linyuan suddenly asked the question that had been bugging him since he knew how the situation was outside.
Feng Jing and Li Chuan also looked at Li with curious eyes. They could see how hard it was for them to reach that room and they could be sure that they hadn't even experienced one-tenth of what Li had to do to reach there.
How could a single person reach there alive let alone without any injuries?
Li quirked his eyebrows and looked at them with an amused smile. "Are you sure you want to know?"
Yan Linyuan didn't hesitate. He didn't want that question to occupy his brain anymore. "Positive."
"Then I'll teach you a trick to be avoided by zombies." Li mischievously gestured them to come forward.
Others were quite hesitant to come forward after seeing his expression. Yan Linyuan who was the most curious out of the others went toward Li while the other two looked at each other hesitantly and finally followed after Yan Linyuan.
Li motioned with his chin to come in front of him when he saw that Yan Linyuan was at arms distance from him. The young man was suddenly kicked from behind and accurately landed on the blood that was still fresh.
Yan Linyuan stiffly got up amongst the howling laughters and slowly turned his face toward the culprit who still had the audacity to look at him with an innocent face.
"What was that?" Yan Linyuan asked with a heavy voice. His face was dark as the thunderous clouds.
"I just showed you how to avoid the zombie," Li smirked and replied confidently without an ounce of guilt.
Yan Linyuan stared at his blood-stained hands and looked up at Li with furrowed brows. "Blood?"
"The blood of Zombies?" Feng Jing seriously looked at Li waiting for his confirmation.
"Yeah. You can go and bathe in it if you want to avoid them" Li shrugged his shoulder and suggested an idea that would probably work.
Everyone else had a disgusted expression except Li who looked as if what he said was a very ordinary thing.
