Yu Xingyun and Luo Jin stayed vigilant the whole time. When they heard the loud noise outside the closet they were very alarmed. They slowed down their breathing nervously but it was still prominent inside the closet when they were so close to each other.
"Someone is out there." Luo Jin whispered in a low voice that contained a little excitement. He wanted to get out of there already even though he was accompanied by the beauty and even more, he was still someone that could boost his heart rate. He nonetheless knew that it wasn't the time for him to fantasize.
"Keep quiet." Yu Xingyun leaned near his ear and murmured which he found very effective against his hyperactive friend. He noticed that his friend would go silent each time he did so.
Luo Jin pursed his mouth as his ears reddened which were not visible in the dark. His bright eyes looked at the person near him sweetly as something unbelievably big thing has happened to him.
Yu Xingyun who could see the bright eyes which were more conspicuous in the dark staring at him was uncomfortable. He wanted to shift his position but he was afraid of alarming the people outside the closet.
"Police Uncle!! Save us!" Luo Jin suddenly shouted when he saw the flash of clothes which he was very familiar with through the small slit of the closet.
Yu Xingyun was stunned when he heard the loud voice near his ears. He covered his mouth but it was too late. He knew that his friend was stupid but he didn't know that he was so hopeless.
He didn't think that anyone would be so selfless to help them even if they were carriers of justice before the apocalypse. He believed that the human heart was scarier than anything when astray in the murky world.
Luo Jin expressed his dissatisfaction through his eyes but didn't dare to do anything when he saw the displeased face near him.
But to their surprise, the noise suddenly stopped outside and the janitor's closet was suddenly opened with force.
The light-flooded their vision and they squinted their eyes unable to adapt for a moment. When they were finally able to open their eyes completely, what came to their view was their embarrassing postures.
Luo Jin was able to see the delicate face that was very near him and he could feel the nervousness rising within him with every passing second. The police uncle and the hideous zombies were also thrown out of his mind. Only the figure before him was fitted inside his eyes. He couldn't take his eyes off the beautiful face that was a few inches away from him.
Yu Xingyun snapped out of his embarrassment very quickly and looked away to thank the kind soul who would take the burden of saving them in such a tight situation.
But when he faced the blank faces of the familiar people, he felt his mind exploding and his face going vacant.
Luo Jun was unaware of the situation as he was solely focused on the good looking face that was near him. His hand that was placed on his friend's stomach moved quietly but it was suddenly stabbed with something blunt.
He quickly shook away the thing in pain and finally accepted to divide his focus to the other people that were present beside them.
When he looked up to scold the ruthless perpetrator, no sound could come out of his throat.
He instead felt terrified when he saw the murderous gaze that was staring at him intently. His eyes slowly glided downwards hoping to see the evil thing that stopped his hand and saw the sword that was still raised in the air.
Luo Jin gulped and quickly removed his greedy paw from the stomach and hid it behind him.
"Uncle...?" Luo Jin stupidly mumbled which was clearly heard by others in the quiet place.
Li twitched his face and a dead stare was positioned on the idiot who dared to call him an uncle.
Luo Jin pursed his mouth and looked away guiltily. He didn't know that the police uncle he thought would turn out to be Li.
Yu Xingyun finally broke out of his stupor. His neck reddened which quickly climbed up to his face.
"Brother! What are you doing here?" Yu Xingyun asked in a mosquito voice. He felt like he was waiting for execution. He didn't expect to meet his big brother and even witnessed him in such an embarrassing posture.
But the poor boy forgot to withdraw from the close distance between them as numerous thoughts passed his head.
Li had a particular expressionless face the whole time. He was still looking at the posture of the two people who were still staying up the same bold posture.
"What were you guys doing before the apocalypse started to be stuck in a janitor's closet?" Li Chuan asked when he saw that the timing was just right to embarrass his friends.
"We weren't doing anything." Yu Xingyun had rosy cheeks and he stumbled to prove his innocent behaviour. "It happened all of a sudden and we had no place to hide."
"Yeah. Don't run your mouth without knowing anything." Luo Jin immediately came to support and give him a fierce glare.
"Right~" Li Chuan dragged his words and plainly showed that he didn't believe them.
"Shut up, you are making it more difficult here." Feng Jing rebuked the nosy person and sighed tiredly. His young but serious face had traces of tiredness. Even though he had a slightly mature personality than his peers, he was still young and no one could leave unscathed after experiencing such amazing things.
It was still incredible how stable their mind was after going through such a dangerous experience, still a zombie apocalypse.
Li was silent the whole time. His focused gaze was on the two of them. More evidently on the postures, they were still fixed in. It looked as if they were embracing each other tenderly, there was no hurry and panic on their faces of experiencing any dangerous event.
Yu Xingyun stiffened under the strong gaze and realized that they were still stuck together. He hurriedly came of the closet with Luo Jin in his arms. He quickly distanced himself and bowed his head when he felt others gaze on him.
"They came out of the closet." Li Chuan said with an amused look in his eyes. It would be too much to not talk in such a wonderful atmosphere.
"Closet...?" Yan Linyuan had a vague expression on his face already getting the message that Li Chuan currently wanted to popularize.
When Feng Jing saw that the culprit for raising more awkwardness in the already embarrassing situation and he even wanted to open his mouth again he chopped the back of Li Chuan's head strictly as if punishing a naughty child.
Li Chuan hissed and cradled his head in his arms and closed his mouth honestly. He didn't want to experience any abuse even though he still wanted to add something more.
"You are really coming out of the closet?" Li had a serious expression that no one expected. He was well aware of the feelings his brother had for the stinky kid. He was already expecting for him to come out with him long ago but he never did and he didn't take the initiative to ask.
Luo Jin was the first one to react when he heard the confusing talk of the people before him and asked like the stupid person he was. "We have already come out of the closet how are we going to come out then? It's not like we can go back in and come out again."
Yan Linyuan clapped his hands with a deadpan expression on his face. "I didn't expect you to be such a genius."
"I know." Luo Jin proudly raised his head higher and puffed up his chest.
Yan Linyuan was quickly joined by his other two friends looking at the masterpiece called Luo Jin.
