"Stop this childish game and hurry out of here." Li stopped the kids who were still full of joy not looking a least bit affected by the apocalyptic atmosphere.
"Yeah." Yan Linyuan curled his fingers and let his hand's down agreeing with Li's decision to get out of there as soon as possible. He wouldn't want to waste any more time appreciating someone stupid.
"That's no fun." Feng Jing sighed disappointedly. He was really looking forward to their answer but no he had to be stopped by Li and he couldn't even go against him.
Yu Xingyun turned his displeased gaze toward the sighing boy but didn't say anything. He pulled the idiot beside him and lined behind Li loyally.
"You are acting very weird right now." Li Chuan warily eyed his friend who had been behaving somewhat strange for some time.
Who could tell him where his expressionless and bland friend had been kidnapped to and how the heck did someone with sadistic tendencies replaced him.
"Well, It's just my coping mechanism." Feng Jing shrugged it off like it was not a big deal for him to be completely changed as if he had another personality.
He knew that it was weird for others to see that kind of behaviour from him but he didn't see anything wrong with that, he was used to this.
"Weirdo." Li Chuan squinted his eyes at his friend as if he was seeing a rare animal that was on the verge of extinction. It had been a long time since they have known each other but he still didn't know how his friend could change himself on such short notice.
"But that's really cool." Luo Jin admired his ability to change his personality. If he could he would want to change his personality too then he wouldn't have to hear someone judging him as a stupid person at every turn.
Li Chuan rolled his eyes. How could someone think that changing personality would be cool even more a sadistic personality? It would be more dangerous than cool. "Don't be so naive."
"I'm saying the truth" Luo Jin argued back. "Like how cool it would be to change a personality in a snap of a finger. I would look totally charming."
"At the least, it is suitable for this kind of environment." Feng Jing replied when he saw that Luo Jin and Li Chuan were hung up on their opinions.
"As long as you are fine with it" Yan Linyuan refused to give his opinion on that. He didn't want to get entangled in some silly conversation again.
"You are fine as you are right now." Yu Xingyun mumbled to his friend with an irritated face.
Luo Jin who was still trying to argue back when he saw that others ignored him, suddenly settled down. He had a grin on his face and his eyes were with shimmering in happiness.
Anyone could see that he was in a good mood.
"I suddenly feel like there is no place for me here." Li Chuan said resentfully as he eyed them whom he thought of as 'couple'.
"That's not only your thought but the truth." Yu Xingyun said provocatively. He was unhappy with his unpleasant pokes in their half-baked relationship.
"Are you feeling jealous here?" Feng Jing raised his brow and waited for his answer in a very amused mood.
"What's there for me to be jealous of?" Li Chuan immediately denied with a black face.
"Maybe for being single?" Yan Linyuan asked curiously.
"I've been single for a while and i think that it's going very well. And it's working out. I think I'm the one." Li Chuan joked hoping to get their attention away from his pitiful relationship that never existed.
"That's just plain disgusting." Fang Jing grunted with a disappointed expression.
Others remained silent approving with Feng Jing. It was not funny at all.
"You ever notice people would rather stop speaking to you instead of apologizing when they are wrong?" Li Chuan said pissed off.
"Why?" Feng Jing simply raised his brow for him to continue. He was rather curious what he would say after all he had noticed that people were indeed doing that.
"You are an asshole." Li Chuan had a blank face when he said this like it was obvious to all and maybe it was.
"Hahaha, That was one heck of a reply." Luo Jin laughed unscrupulously.
He wasn't interrupted by the warning glare that was sent his way instead he laughed more loudly.
Yu Xingyun pinched him and finally stopped the laughter that suddenly turned into a loud painful howl.
"Nice one." Li Chuan gave a thumbs up for the action that definitely relieved all of them.
Li knew that their conversation was never going to end so being the responsible person he was supposed to be, he took the lead and immediately walked forward knowing that they would follow him right after that.
"We are not finished here." Feng Jing glanced at Li Chuan and motioned for them to follow him.
"Whatever." Li Chuan rolled his eyes and followed after them with a mocking expression.
"So you have any idea where he might be right now?" Li inquired worriedly. He wasn't sure whether the kid survived or not. There was a very thin possibility of him surviving after all that but at least he didn't want to give up without knowing the definite answer.
And he didn't want to let him down...
"Let's go to his class. It's right around the corner." Li Chuan who held special fondness toward kids knew every nook and cranny around the kid's block. He was more sure to find the introverted kid there after all he went nowhere except his class.
"Let's do that." Feng Jing approved of his idea.
"But who's going to tell me how are we supposed to find that small kid in there?" Yu Xingyun asked with a fed-up expression.
They were already before the classroom and surprisingly there was no one in the classroom not even zombies.
"It's very bizarre." Yan Linyuan said with wary eyes. It was quite weird how there was no one in there.
"We have to go in anyway." Li Chuan said with an exhausted expression. He wouldn't want to enter such a suspicious place in such situations but truthfully he was also very worried about the kid. He braced himself for any possible outcome.
