Elizabeth sat in the passenger's seat while Aaron was driving. The car was filled with pin drop silence. None of them let out a word. Aaron caught the sight of Elizabeth holding her chain after rubbing her neck softly. She was lost in thoughts. He didn't know what she was thinking but he knew who was in her mind. He thought that she was thinking about Liam Winscet with whom she was supposed to get married but what he didn't know was that, Liam and Elizabeth never had any intention to get married, both of them were not aware that their marriage was fixed by their parents. When Elizabeth phoned Liam to tell about her marriage being fixed with him, the man was shocked to know news too but for certain reasons he felt relief when Elizabeth told him that Aaron offered a marriage proposal to save her company and there was no other option left for her but marry him.
But Aaron didn't know that she was thinking about the person she loved when she was young and not about Liam.she had flashes of old memories in her mind. Memories which she could never forget. The guy showed her a different world, a world in which she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him. But life is unpredictable, one can never predict the future. The person with whom she dreamt of spending her life, left her saying that he disgusts her. She tried contacting him but she couldn't meet him again as he left to states. She cried for him for days and nights, she didn't even know what made him hate her. As years passed, he became her bittersweet memory.
Elizabeth raised her head when Aaron stopped the car. They both alighted from the car at the same time. Elizabeth looked at him and the house. It was not a house but a mansion. This was the first time she was seeing Winchester's mansion. She saw a fountain as she entered into the Mansion through the doors. The next thing she observed was that her feet were on a rich Persian carpet. The hand-carved furniture was well polished such that it would shine. The painting portrait of their family members was hung on the wall in golden frames. Elizabeth looked around and then at Aaron whose emotions were hard to understand by anyone. She followed him as he ascended the stairs. Her gaze shifted from him and at the wall Paintings from time to time. She thought that he was not looking at her but little did she know that the man was aware of her glances at him from the time they got into the car.
Elizabeth who stood a little far away from Aaron saw him stop in front of a room and bow, before going Inside. There was a smile on his face which disappeared like a flash of lightning in the sky. She followed him into the room and saw an old man lying on the bed. The old man was none other than Aaron's grandfather Micheal Winchester.
"Look, Mark, my grandson finally got married," the old man laughed talking to his butler who stood beside the bed.
"Are you happy now?" Aaron asked the old man.
"Such a beautiful bride. Come here let me have a closer look at my granddaughter in law," Micheal chose not to answer Aaron and have a better look at Elizabeth.
Elizabeth looked at Aaron who hinted her through his eyes to go and sit on the chair next to the bed.
"You look very beautiful Elizabeth," Micheal said after she sat on the chair.
"Thank you, Mr. Winchester," she thanked him.
"I would like it if you address me like a grandfather," he said.
"Sure grandfather," she said with a warm smile.
"And I would be glad if you give me a great-grandchild in my hands," he let out his words in a whisper and chuckled when Elizabeth coughed to his request.
"Grandpa!!, You're such a greedy man. I just got married because you forced me. Can you please not force me again for your selfishness," Aaron remarked.
"Is it wrong to ask for a great-grandchild to a married couple?" Micheal questioned the newly married couple who looked at each other blankly.
"That's our wish. Since you met my bride I'll take a leave now," Aaron said and took hold of Elizabeth's wrist to take her with him.
Micheal laughed at Aaron's behavior. After the couple left, his smile faded. "I hope the girl will change him, " he thought and closed his eyes to take a nap.
"Where are we heading?" asked Elizabeth.
"Home," Aaron replied.
"How long will it take for us to reach?" she asked him.
"Why?" he asked her and saw her looking at the mirror.
" Don't worry about paparazzi," he said in nonchalance and hit on the accelerator to increase his speed as the paparazzi were trying to approach them. Her body stiffed when he increased the speed but she felt relief when she looked through the mirror and saw that there was no sight of the paparazzi. It was night by the time they reached home. Elizabeth was tired to even have a look around the house. The maids bowed as the couple entered into the house. Aaron headed towards the stairs for Elizabeth to follow him. Elizabeth smiled at the maids gently before taking the stairs. She lifted her gown a little while taking the stairs. The maids who saw her in the wedding gown were amazed. Elizabeth won their hearts the moment she smiled at them. Never in their dreams, they had expected that their master would marry anyone. And now that they got to know that he was going to get married, they were curious to know about the bride.
