LANCEY grip the handwheel with all her might that her hands start turning white. Her whole body is shaking from fear.
Fear of losing her family.
Tears flow freely along her cheeks as she maneuver the car as fast as she could, ignoring the traffic signs along the way.
She didn't care. All she could think about is to go home as fast as she can to save her family from the looming tragedy.
She prayed with all her heart.
"Please, Lord. Please I'm begging you. Don't take my family away."
