'User has regain control.'
Aaron stared blankly at the alter and dark red sun. 'Uhh... system. Any idea on how the dark red sun was created?'
'Replying to User. The original dark red sun was created by the system of arts, forging and crafts. The origins of the materials used are only known to that system and the system of existence.'
'Good to know, but I meant the one in front of me.'
'Replying to User. Oh, wait please... According to the system of existence, it was created by a fusion of this world's energy, your emotions, the remains of the eye, and some of the original's power.'
'Well, since it's here, how can I get the villagers to use it?'
'Replying to User. They just have to offer their negative emotions to it. Suggestion, have the villagers pray their grievances.'
Aaron turned and faced the villagers. "This shall be your new protector. Unlike the eye, all you need to do is pour out your grievances to it." After introducing the new protector, he thought on how this religion would spread, or even do anything.
'Suggestion to User. Let the religion system create it. It will require the User to allow it to take over User's body momentarily.'
Aaron just shrugged and gave the okay. After all, how the hell is he going to make a new religion that actually has a purpose aside from worshipping the god?
'Inviting the religion system... Successful. Religion system will now take over.
'Wow. So this is what it's like in a mortal body? It kind sucks. Ah right right, time to get to work.'
"The basis of worshipping the Dark Red Sun is the purging of most negative emotions and enhancing anger and rage. The holy warrior of the Dark Red sun is the berserker. By offering your grievances, the sun will convert the emotions into strength, of course anger and rage will provide the most, and grant you a portion of that strength..."
The religion system went on and on. It explained the rules, ceremonies, religious buildings, and every little detail. One of the main buildings is an arena, where grievances between two parties will be settled. It is basically a battle to the death, but it isn't a true death, all parties will be revived at the end of the battle. The loser loses some of the strength they have gained, as well as what ever was the battle was for.
The arena is also the place where worshippers can challenge those ranked above them, or prove themselves to become a berserker, and so on.
It took hours to explain everything, and engrave all the details into the alter.
'Ding. The religion system has completed the new religion, and returned control.'
'Good luck future king of evil.' the religion system said its goodbye to Aaron.
'Ding. Final Mission Completed. Do you wish to extend your stay by 7 days?'
Aaron stood there in a daze. The villagers' fear was already being consumed by the sun on the alter. And they started to stand up, and gather around alter.
'I'm done? I've only been here a couple months and I can already leave? But what about Ritz? Oh! Yes I want to extend by 7 days.'
While Aaron was dealing with his second crisis caused by the system. The elder walked up to the Tower of the Dark Lodestar, or so it was called by the religion system.
The elder hesitantly started a pray about his fear of Aaron. As he prayed, the sun glowed lightly as a faint blackish purple mist flowed out from the elder to the sun. The mist moved like a river, twisting and turning in the air until it ended at the sun.
After the mist touched the sun, a smaller amount of dark red mist flowed back to the elder. If one were to describe the size of the two, it would be a finger compared to a needle. The red mist was absorbed into the elder. And if one could look at each individual cell, they would see the mist encasing the cells before seeping into the cells, strengthening the cells.
After the last bit of mist flowed from the elder to the sun and from the sun to the elder, he ended his prayer. The elder looked at Aaron, only to realize that there was no more fear, as to what he felt, it was hard to describe, something between the reverence of an elder and the hatred of a lifetime rival.
After a moment, the elder turned to the rest of the villagers. "Go an pray, give it all your fears, worries and grievances." He then returned to praying. Some of the more courageous villagers joined him, while the rest took awhile to pick up with courage to do the same.
