"Don, we found Luciano's location"
In a room filled with computers and operators, Sergio paced around, a grim expression on his face.
He swirled around to face the person that passed the information.
"Where?", he went straight to the man's system that had a huge map on it's screen and a red light blinking steadily.
"He is headed for the airport. According to his schedule, he is going to Italy"
"Schedule? On his phone?", Sergio quipped.
"Yes Don"
Sergio chuckled and strode out of the room and almost immediately, Phoenix fell into step with him.
Shipment sold out, no drama boss", Phoenix told him in a bored tone.
Sergio looked at her and chuckled at her.
"You look bored", he observed.
"When all I'm tasked with is looking spying on your crush? Of course I'm bored", she replied, throwing her hands in the air.
"Since you're very bored why don't I make things interesting for you? Luciano set a trap in Italy and we need to fall into it"
Together they went into his neat, spacious office. The only thing that seemed out of place were papers scattered over his desk.
Sergio sat behind the huge, intimidating desk and leaned back while Phoenix sat on one of the two chairs opposite him.
"What needs to be done?", Phoenix asked him.
"Luciano is not stupid to plan his schedule on a phone that can be hacked anytime, the man wants us to go to Italy and knowing him, he will try to ambush us there. That's when we lure him int a trap of our own", Sergio answered.
Phoenix nodded to herself, as she thought the plan through.
Luciano Pavarotti has been the major problem that Mors Certa have had for over a decade. He launched wicked attacks on them at a slight lax in their security.
Sergio's father, Mors Certa's former Don had tried his best to catch him but was not able to achieve that, now Sergio must catch the lunatic and put an end to all this madness.
"Sounds good to me. How about your crush? She's going crazy these days"
"It's time I brought her in", Sergio mused to himself.
"Mmm, good luck with that. I have plans to make now", Phoenix stood up and left Sergio alone.
Sergio stood up from his chair and went to stand by his large office window that overlooked the city, a sigh fell from his lips and he stuffed his hands inside his pants pockets.
His mind took him back to fifteen years ago.

Sergio groaned as he tried to sit up but the burning pain in his stomach forced him back down. He gritted his teeth and tried again, ignoring the tears that burned his eyes.
The door creaked open and his head snapped up, for he first time he took in the unfamiliar room he was in and when a young girl emerged from the other side of the door, Sergio grabbed the first thing his hand could reach and pointed it at the girl, it turned out to be a bedside lamp.
"Umm... Okay", the girl looked at him weirdly but kept a distance.
"Who are you and where is this?", Sergio snapped and clutched his stomach when that burning sensation made itself known again.
"I'm Jane and you're in my house. You have actually been asleep for two days", the girl answered, an overly friendly smile on her face.
She skipped towards him but when he waved the lamp at her, she halted and peered at him.
"Um, can you put that down? It's not like I can hurt you, you are a big boy and I am a tiny fly when compared to you", she rambled.
Sergio tilted his head at her.
She wore a large worn black shirt with a sagged neckline and under it was a threadbare yellow denim pants.
Yeah she couldn't hurt him if she tried.
"What am I.....how am I here?", he dropped the lamp and swung his legs out of the bed.
Jane rushed towards him and helped him sit properly, her fingers dusting at the shirt he had on and when she was done doing whatever she was doing, she nodded to herself. Sergio stared at her weirdly.
"We found you by the roadside. You were wounded and we couldn't leave you. You also said not to go to the hospital", Jane looked up at him.
"We?", Sergio asked.
"Yes we", Jane answered, very clueless to what he was asking.
"Who is we?", he sighed.
"Oh... Me and my father"
Sergio nodded and looked around the room, trying to remember walking down the road with the wounds she spoke of and just then it occured to him.
The attack! His brother!
"Where is this?", he asked frantically.
He stood up and ignored the pain he felt from the action.
"My house? I told you earlier", Jane said.
"God damn it! What city is this place?", he snapped at her and watched her flinch back.
"Abbey hills", she stuttered.
With that information, Sergio was out of the room and that house, leaving a flustered Jane that called after him to at least stay until he felt better.

That was fourteen years ago, when he first met Jane.
She saved him once, he must save her now.
He picked up his phone and dialed a number.
"Get the plane ready, we are going to Jericho"
Sergio strode back to his chair after he dropped the call and sat down. He pulled a drawer open and picked out a cigar stick that he lit up and took a big drag from.
