Reina quickly reached the other end of the cave as she used the goblins' heads as her stepping stones. With Vera having finished casting, I was now free to follow up on Reina's lead and support her rear.
I ran forward as I brandished my staff and imbued it with mana. I jumped off the outcrop and thrust my staff to a goblin struggling to get up. As soon as I felt its body, I brought down the entirety of my weight into the thrust, piercing through its flesh and striking the ground.
I pushed even more and vaulted across. I flipped forward as I brought my staff in with an overhead smash on to another goblin. Blood splattered all over as the goblin dangling from the end of my staff drew an arc across the air.
That's two.
I jumped forward again and ran on top of the spikes as I followed Reina in deeper.
