Chapter 10 - Master

Evan woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. He decided to start his day with some light training, knowing that his new magic teacher would be arriving in the afternoon. He practiced his magic and honing his control over the elements.

His thoughts were interrupted by the arrival of his younger sister, Aria. She watched him with wide eyes, clearly impressed by his abilities. "Big brother, that was amazing! Can you teach me how to do that?"

Evan smiled at her enthusiasm. "Of course, Aria. But remember, it takes a lot of practice and patience."

Aria nodded eagerly. "I'll practice every day! I want to be as strong as you."

Evan ruffled her hair affectionately. "You'll be even stronger, I'm sure of it."

As they continued their training, Evan noticed his father watching them from a distance. He had always been a stern but loving figure in Evan's life. He approached them with a proud smile.

"Evan, your skills have improved greatly. I'm proud of you," his father said.

"Thank you, Father. Your guidance has been invaluable," Evan replied, feeling a sense of pride.

Adrian turned to Aria. "And you, young lady, are you ready to start your training?"

Aria nodded enthusiastically. "Yes, Father! Evan is going to teach me."

The Adrian chuckled. "Very well. Just remember to listen to your brother and work hard."

As the day went on, Evan and Aria continued their training, with Evan patiently guiding his sister through the basics of magic. He was impressed by her determination and quick learning.

Later in the afternoon, Evan decided to take a break and visit the library. The mansion's library was a treasure trove of knowledge, filled with books on magic, history, and various other subjects. As he browsed through the shelves, he found a book on ancient lore that piqued his interest.

He settled into a comfortable chair and began reading, losing himself in the fascinating tales of powers. Just as he was getting deeply engrossed in the book, he heard a knock on the door. He looked up to see a small figure standing at the entrance of the library. She was a petite woman, her face partially hidden by a hooded cloak that covered her ears and extended down to her toes. Despite her small stature, there was an undeniable presence about her.

"Evan Noir, I presume?" she said, her voice firm yet kind.

Evan nodded. "Yes, that's me. And you are?"

"I am Luna, your new magic teacher," she replied. "I may look small, but I assure you, I am older and more experienced than I appear. You may call me Master Luna."

Evan bowed respectfully. "It's an honor to meet you, Master Luna. I'm looking forward to learning from you."

Luna smiled. "Good. Let's not waste any time. Show me what you can do."

Evan led Luna to the training grounds, where he began demonstrating his ice magic, creating intricate sculptures and freezing targets with precision. Luna watched intently, nodding in approval.

"Your control is impressive, but there's always room for improvement," she said. "We'll work on refining your techniques and expanding your abilities."

As the training session progressed, Luna remine Evan to the other elements: fire, water, earth, and wind. She guided him through of each element, helping him understand their unique properties and how to control them.

Evan found the all elements challenging but exciting. He practiced creating flames with his fire magic, manipulating water to form shapes and currents, moving earth to create barriers and structures, and controlling the wind to create gusts and breezes. Luna's guidance was strict but encouraging, pushing him to reach new heights.

By the end of the session, Evan felt both exhausted and exhilarated. He had made significant progress with the elements, and he was eager to continue learning.

"Well done, Evan," Luna said. "You have great potential. With hard work and dedication, you'll become a formidable mage."

Evan smiled, feeling a renewed sense of purpose. "Thank you, Master Luna. I'll do my best."

As the days went by, Evan's training with Luna continued to push him to new limits. He also made time to help Aria with her training.
