"Danny." she called out after him.
"Yup, Danny is the name. And I know you haven't really been in a relationship yet but am willing to earn your trust, I'd slowly walk my way into your heart. Trust me on this one, your eventually gonna love me." Daniel said confidently.
That was pretty much straight forward. Ariel thought.
"I see Jessica was really generous with her information wasn't she? But i hope what your saying is true though, I'd like to see where this take us. So Daniel when do you wanna meet up?" Ariel felt some what bad for judging him immediately, maybe this may lead them somewhere? Who knows? But she really didn't have much of a hope but she at least wished she would make a friend if at all it doesn't work out.
"How about we meet at De Favourite restaurant at 5pm sharp tomorrow?"
"Sounds okay by me. But don't you have to book an appointment weeks before you get a table?" Ariel was a little surprised. De Favourite was a famous restaurant and a normal person couldn't afford to get a table at short notice.
Now she thought about it she really didn't know anything about Daniel.
Did she land a rich mafia heir? Maybe she was just getting delusional because of the novels she reads.
But she doubted he was a rich mafia heir because Jessica wouldn't even hand a rich guy over to her. Maybe he just had rich parents? She didn't want to over think any thing yet.
She'd just go on the date and let things flow. What was meant to be would be right?
She had been to De Favourite once with her dad, it was a cool place and she had always wanted to go again but she didn't want to burden her dad.
"Let's just say I know someone who owes me a favour there." Daniel lied through gritted teeth.
He wasn't about to tell a girl he had just met that He didn't have to book an appointment for his own family restaurant right? He didn't want to scare her or look proud. Honestly he really hasn't met Jessica before, they met on an online game and Jessica seemed to be a real girl.
She wasn't fake like most girls he had met, she'd talk about her favourite food and stuff and didn't seem girly at all.
She always talked about Ariel which she mentioned to be her best friend. She had always complained about how her friend was always down for fictional guys and not real guys.
He'd always laugh about how grief Jessica sounded over the phone. Then suddenly Jessica asked him to try to work things out with her best friend. At first he refused because he really didn't want to compete for love with a fiction guy or even worst a Korean actor!
But Jessica had assured him that she wasn't into Kdrama and he should consider it a favour because he owed her one after she won him at an online game.
He was still reluctant even at that. He had seen Ariel picture, she was no stunning beauty if he were to be honest. He had come across many girls who freely gave out themselves at him, Ariel wasn't the prettiest amongst them but she was beautiful, that wasn't up for debate, and she had a prefect figure, though the picture he had seen of her she wasn't wearing any tight outfit or what so ever, but she was effortlessly beautiful and her simple gown didn't do quite a great job at hiding her beautiful shape.
He wanted a challenge. All his life girls had always been the first one to make a move on him. Although he wasn't complaining and loved the vanity feeling it gave, he felt like trying something new.
Maybe this Ariel girl was what he needed for sometime.
