Sunny, an ancient wizard escaped to earth with only a few years left to live. When she first came she saw a young boy with no family and took him in.
After taking him in she begain to have dreams, glimpses of the future and whats to come to the young boy. In these dreams she also saw another man and knew that he'd be safe if he stayed with the man.
He won't always be with the man so he needed a way to protect himself. So she made him her apprentice and passed all her knowledge on to him, knowing that he wouldn't understand nor be able to use that knowledge until that faithful day comes.
She wrote all her dreams and glimpses of the future in a diary. That diary also contained everything she knew. Including her past and how and why she came to earth.
She made sure to put the diary, and everything she owns in her will. Including that book. Although it might bring him troubles she believes it'll help him a lot and maybe he'll be able to do what she couldn't.
When shes gone her only hope is that he meets him and sticks with him and he keeps her apprentice safe from them. Even though she can see glimpses of the future, she can't see how they end.
Will her apprentice be able to prevail, protect earth, and find out the truth behind his masters death, or will he be dammed and give up or die. She can only hope it's the former.
