After teleporting Gammagob and himself a little away from the base, Akira runs towards the base with Gammagob following closely behind. The hobgoblins spot them approaching at full speed and open the gate in advance. Akira then tells Gammagob to stay put. Lesley opens the door with worry on her face and sees that Master Akira has returned. She approaches Akira and says, "Master, Jarvis is miss," but Akira puts a finger to his lips, signaling her to stop. The soldiers present are taken aback at the sight of Gammagob covered in blood.
Akira then orders Lesley, "Call Oliver." She walks into the house and returns with Oliver. Akira takes the sack from Gammagob and throws it at Oliver's feet. "Lesley, help Gammagob get cleaned up," Akira orders. Lesley and Gammagob head to the backyard. Oliver stands there, stunned, as a large ogre covered in human blood was a terrifying sight. He opens the sack and finds Lord Henry's head inside, almost causing him to vomit.
Akira walks up to Oliver, stands beside him without making eye contact, and places a hand on his shoulder. In a chilling voice, he says, "Our business is concluded. You may leave now." Akira then walks past him and into the house. Despite not being loud or overtly masculine, Akira's voice sends a chill through Oliver's entire body, and horror is evident on Oliver's face as he stares at his feet. He then starts walking straight to the main gate. The hobgoblin looks at Betagob, who signals him to open the gate. With the sack in one hand, Oliver doesn't raise his head and walks past the open gate. The soldiers call his name, but he doesn't respond. They follow him on foot and make the carriage follow them.
After dealing with Oliver, Akira goes straight to his crafting room, only coming down for a meal before going to sleep.
Oliver walks almost the entire way to the city and doesn't respond to the calling soldiers, his mind racing with thoughts of the kind of monster he was dealing with. He had thought it was all a small political game, but in reality, a single wrong move could have erased him and his entire family from existence. Oliver also can't stop thinking about how, in merely an hour, he went to Lord Henry's domain and returned with his head, without a single scratch or sign of exhaustion. Fate can definitely deal with the Duatt army. Fate is a one-man army, not to mention his monstrous ogres that can wipe out multiple knights in a single attack without them even knowing. He needs to be extra careful in the future when dealing with Fate. These thoughts continue to plague his mind until he faints from walking so much. The guards then carried him into the carriage, the city was in view. Oliver had walked almost the entire way on his own, and it was almost midnight.
The next day arrives, and Akira starts his day with a physical workout and then has a good meal. Akira wonders how Jarvis is managing things and considers going there, but Alfred's voice in his head advises, "Master, we have a lot to do. I'm sure Jarvis is handling everything well. He's a capable person." Akira agrees and heads to the backyard.
There, he creates a magic circle with his mana, catching the attention of the nearby hobgoblins and Betagob. They prepare for the worst, but Akira remains calm, bringing out a wyvern's core and placing it in the middle of the circle. He starts to pour a large amount of mana into it, and as expected, a powerful and larger-than-normal wyvern is summoned. It has darker and stronger skin than usual and looks at Akira, roaring and spreading its wings. As it moves its head forward to bite Akira, all the hobgoblins and Betagob sprint to strike down the wyvern.
Akira slaps the new wyvern with the back of his hand, sending it flying towards the boundary wall, breaking it. The hobgoblins and Betagob, who had jumped to save Akira, are now surprised by what happened. The slap was so fast that only Betagob caught a small glimpse of it. As the dust settles, the wyvern is knocked out cold and half-buried under the wall's rubble. Akira tells Betagob to drag it over. Betagob grabs its tail and drags its unconscious body to Akira.
Akira then creates a small cold water body over the wyvern's head and drops it on his head, this makes the wyvern slowly regain consciousness. It looks at Akira with anger and a sense of disrespect but knows Akira is overwhelmingly powerful. Akira extends his hand to make a summoner's contract. The wyvern tries to roar again, but Akira signals that he will slap it again, which makes the wyvern submit to Akira's will. This is how Akira now has a new summon.
Lesley arrives after hearing the loud bang. Seeing the eye-catching wyvern, she approaches to get a closer look. Akira sees her coming, grabs her hand, and places it on the wyvern's face, making Lesley very happy. Akira then says, "As for yesterday, I teleported Jarvis somewhere to take care of something. Until he returns, you will be taking care of this place." Lesley says, "Don't worry, Master. You can leave everything to me." Akira explains that he didn't want Oliver or the nearby soldiers to know he could use teleportation, which is why he told her to remain silent yesterday. Lesley replies, "Yes, I understand, Master, and I'm sorry for my ignorance. I couldn't make such a decision on my own." Akira says, "No, no, it's not your fault. Don't apologize. It's all okay." Lesley smiles and then looks at the wyvern, asking, "Master, why did you summon a wyvern?" Akira smiles mysteriously. "That's a surprise. I'll tell you in the evening."
With that, Akira asks Lesley to take the saddle off the horse and bring it to him. While Lesley is fetching the saddle, Akira quickly repairs the wall, making it as good as new. Lesley does as she is told, and Akira places the saddle on the wyvern. The wyvern then pushes off the ground with its legs, flaps its wings, and gains altitude. At Akira's command, it starts flying east-north.
