Barbara stood in astonishment at what she saw toward her. She shifted her gaze to Hans who flashed her a flash smile. "Who did this?" she asked, to be sure of her guess.
"Big sister had arranged this. After the store was burned, she gathered what remained of the dresses and decided to redo a new design, and it was the result.
However, when she came here yesterday, she ordered the women tailoring the dress to stop. She was so angry that the women were frightened by her," Hans explained, recalling every detail.
Barbara nodded and went to examine the dress. It was not yet finished, but even so, it looked stunning. The different colours combined blend in like a garden in spring. The top of the dress was still simple, with half of it designed with pearls.
"Can't we order the women to finish it?" she asked
Hans shook his head. "My Big Sister warned them not to continue the work. They will not listen to anyone but her."
