"Huh? This? But this is the most expensive outfit I have..."
Sophie narrowed her eyebrows slightly as she looked at the clothes covering her body. She was wearing a white silk dress embroidered with blue and yellow threads. She couldn't really judge its quality, as she wasn't one to notice such details.
Instead, she only appreciated the fact that it was an outfit her beloved brother had given her with his own earnings, after much effort.
"Lady Nephelia, may I?"
It seemed, however, that Camille was quite eager to teach this girl a thing or two about nobility. From her point of view, as the maid of a high-status vampire, she naturally wanted her mistress's sister-in-law to be presentable.
Nephelia, still curled up in Damien's lap, nodded indifferently. The expressionless maid approached Sophie and eyed her critically from top to bottom.
