A cool night breeze enveloped the city as the pale moon shed its soft light.
Accompanied by the physique of a vampire, Damien noticed that the natural changes in the weather didn't affect him too much. But his sister, clad only in a light white dress, would freeze if she continued to stand there.
"Put this on."
So he offered his cloak.
"Ah, thank you." As she responded, her breath turned to steam from the extreme cold.
Minutes earlier, when they had been at home, the atmosphere had been warm. No one had expected that drastic drop in temperature.
"If I had known, I wouldn't have come alone in a dress. Besides... Damien, will you be okay?"
As such, Sophie couldn't help but groan with regret.
"Mm. Don't worry, it's not that cold."
