He chose one with a stronger smell than the others and hurried there. At first, he thought the scent came from the carcass of a mouse, but he soon realized he was wrong. What he had discovered was the scent of the vampire.
'This is it.'
Damien ran to the worn wooden door and pushed it roughly. Inside was a room empty except for a stone sarcophagus.
However, the smell of the decaying dead emanating from it was unmistakable.
"The vampire is inside?"
His expression turned strange when he realized that the sarcophagus was closed.
"Well, I guess I'll have to break it down."
Damien muttered as he approached the sarcophagus. He intended to force the seal open, but as he bent down to examine the seal, he heard a sudden noise coming from in front of him.
