Solomon's mind would come back, yet he remained silent. He remained quiet. He didn't knew how else to answer this question, so Adel would continue to talk. "Looks like I was right huh? I see..." The man kept a close eye on the boy, watching him try to get up, brushing off any of the debris from his body. The biblical sorcerer dared to not make eye contact with him, with his shadow looming over, spectating the serpent heavily. "Listen up, Kid, and listen proud, alright?" Adel would begin, looking towards him with a smile on his face. "Being a monster isn't the end of the world. So what if you're a freak of nature? Why you wanna let that stop you? If anything, it makes you more unique-"
"That's not what they said."
Adel would halt himself as he hears his words. "Come again?"
"That's not what they said. They would rather die than have me around them. They would rather be met a cruel fate than have me by their side..." Solomon would grit his teeth, yet he dared not to cry. "They would rather-"
"Then SCREW 'EM!" Solomon's eyes were wide open and looked up for the first time. Adel continued, now that he has the boy's attention. "You heard what I said! Screw those people! If they can't handle having a kid like you, then they shouldn't have a kid in the first place! If they can't handle your decisions, then clearly they don't GET you! Don't hang yourself high because they said so, Do the things you wanna do because YOU say so! You got that?" Solomon couldn't believe it. This absolute lunatic before his eyes was helping him. This absolute madman that shouldn't be taken seriously is reaffirming what he was told when he was younger. The boy's eyes almost welled up with tears, his body somewhat shaking at the display of care. "Be the person you wanna be! Don't let yourself get beat down because others say so! If they can't handle it, then they're missing out what a great kid you are, yeah?" Solomon's mind rang true even more. He can't help but smile, looking down a bit to hide himself. He can't help but laugh a bit, remembering what he was told.
He could still remember the rest of his 3 years with his shadow, and recently with not just Stolas, not just Ennio, but Zazel and Harvard as well. Despite not knowing much, he cherished each and every memory so far in his life more than the monotonous cycle he was stuck in. He laughed to himself gently, and he smiled. "I know you're playing me.....but god, you really care about me that much, huh?"
"Absolutely! You and that Demon are one of the few folks that's gotten me to fight my all here! Now c'mon! Quit holding back and HIT ME!"
At this moment, At this point in time, the boy began to laugh a bit. The boy would get himself up, smiling to himself, much to Adel's excitement. The man however, noticed something was different. Something changed for the likes of Solomon. His smile was more sharp, his teeth present, and his eyes were being pure dots. His pupils were smaller, and yet he remained smiling. "Alright....Why not? I'll hit you. Just know that when I do..." He'd began as he'd throw his book upwards, releasing its seal and causing the book to slam down heavily, its real size coming back, shaking the ground from the impact. "....I'll make sure to bury you deep in the sand." A Threat, yet to Adel, it was a compliment. The pages would turn ever so quickly, with its contents forming something strong, boasting such amounts of energy, it quickly pushed back any objects around, as if the wind was picking them up and tossing them aside. Adel would feel his very skin being invaded by this breeze, yet it felt so fresh, he couldn't help but feel it course across his body, revealing his very blood being swept off from his skin.
"Every valley shall be exalted and every mountain and hill shall be made low....."
"The crooked places shall be made straight and the rough places smooth...."
"Every field wrought in anguish, for pestilence shall grow...."
"Now Come....My Harbinger of Famine...For I have Chosen you...."
Within such words, the winds picked up further, allowing Solomon to get atop of such a construct made. A Body was being formed from within the winds, one that of a horse, brown with speckled spots. Solomon would also will it a sword. A Sword dirtied and rusted on one half, yet shining in brilliance in another. A Balance between the healthy and sick. "NOW C'MON, ADEL!! LET'S SEE YOU MATCH HIS JUDGEMENT!!" Solomon announced proudly, as with one kick towards the horse's sides, it caused it to start meeting with the likes of the Serpent, the winds acting as its speed. Adel simply got onto his knees, his one arm clawing at the ground, before sprinting towards the child, having him break one of the objects coming in his way and stabbing it into the stump that was once his other arm, using it as a makeshift weapon. It hurts like hell, and yet he still smiled through the pain.
"BRING IT, RUNT!!!" Was his only reply, as the two would clash weapons the moment they met. A Joust between both sorcerers, with Solomon using the sharpened side to parry and deflect, whilst having the rusted side strike at Adel directly, leaving strong gashes upon his chest. The boy, however, would also be met in clawed strikes that stabbed into his body a bit, the venom coursing once more, yet it didn't mattered to him. What mattered overall was the fight, and both of them were enjoying this clash.
"I don't know why" Solomon thinks to himself, parrying the onslaught as much as he could. "But for some reason....I feel so happy"
