The attacks would still connect each other, the impact of the blades being heard every time they clashed, every time their strength is attempting to match one another, a symphony of steel and sharpened nails being struck. The two would dart across the halls of the school, taking turns trying to take down their opposition. Solomon would try to take advantage by casting another plague, using the rusted sword as its component, inscriptions being written in the side. With a single swing, the area would begin to be masked in darkness. Adel would be covered by this blackness, blinded, and being swarmed once more in the form of locusts and gnats. "Sheesh! You're not letting up!" Adel stated, as he'd try once more to defuse the situation, having his wounds spill out and use the venom to infect and kill the insects. His body would be coated once more, protecting him from the gnats that gnawed at his very skin. "C'mon kid! Do better than tha-"
SHIKK!!
A larger wound. Upwards from his chest, a slash was made.
SHIKK!!
Another Slash, one right across his back. Adel would be looking around to see the assailant, but it would be no use. There was nothing but Darkness. In this case, he decides to close his eyes, visualizing everything in his head. He could feel the broken stone. He could feel the quickened air. He could feel his surroundings being invaded on all his sides. He could even hear the swift movements of a blade turning its very hilt. He'd quickly turn around and, strike.
SHIKK!!
TING!!
He parried the strike that would've aimed for his very neck. Another strike would be made, as the sounds backed off, signifying its distance. Adel would be quick once more to parry it again. "Strange....is he seriously relying on hitting me directly to hurt me? That seriously can't be it." He thought to himself, as a third strike was made that nearly struck his stomach was swatted once more. Adel would keep himself blinded, his eyes closed as he allowed his other senses to be heightened, his tongue flickering a bit to get a better understanding of the situation.
That was, of course, until he'd tried to move forward.
KRACC!!
Adel's limbs broke themselves. His body was somehow fracturing itself instantly the second he took a step. His jaw was being weakened, his body was feeling frail, and his heart was beating slowly, limiting his blood flow. He was feeling woozy, yet every time he stumbled, his body broke more and more. Each snapping was made more and more prevalent. When the darkness dissipated, there the man stood, like a statue, with his bones sticking out, and his skin coated in blue and purple. Solomon would stand amidst the walls, right atop of the lockers, smiling towards the serpent. "Gotcha! I knew you were gonna be parrying my attacks. I'd figure if I'm going to take you down, I gotta get rid of the method that would kill me first, so I used the rusted side to infect yah!" Solomon would state with a cheeky grin.
"Infect.....meh?"
"Mhm! Listen up." Solomon declared as he holds the sword up, showcasing its two sides. "One is a standard blade, allowing me to cut down things like a regular sword. The other is a magic. A Virus. Anyone who gets caught in it is basically infected with a plague that breaks down your very body into Carbon. Too much of it would result in all kinds of nasty stuff: Chest pains, Blurry vision, and even killing Cells in the human body! As you said before, I'll take you to a hospital after this is all done, but to put things short, you can't shed your body, nor regenerate after this one. It's over." Adel would be shocked at the result, yet it was indeed true. His body was showing symptoms of such poisoning, it even managed to destroy his very bone structure. Adel merely laughed quietly, the pain in his lungs as he did so, yet he laughed anyway.
"Noht.....Yhet....Nhot Until.....One of ush...falls..." The Snake declared, lunging himself forward to go for one last attack. Solomon would do the same, his smile still prevalent, and his eyes still fixated. He'd approach him, sword turned so that the hilt would knock the man out. When they finally meet, the strike came one last time. Solomon would be able to dodge with ease, due to the Carbon poisoning slowing Adel's movements, while Adel would be struck across the head, dropping to the floor, finally being bested. "Adel...Serpens.....Remember that..." Would be Adel's last words, before being knocked unconscious from the strike. Solomon would calm himself, taking deep breaths, as he'd make his way to his friend, and to the snake man himself. It was finally over.
After heavy lifting in an hour or two, The biblical sorcerer finally makes it outside, using the hole made when they first entered the classroom to climb up, the sand acting as stairs for the child. Within a few moments, people would look on to see the three being gravely injured, quickly having them taken in for medical treatment. Within a few minutes, the two boys would be patched up and healed, the venom no longer being a detriment to the Demon any longer. "Geez....Could've nearly killed me there!" Zazel would state, his back patched up with bandages, causing Solomon to laugh.
"Zazel, if you were human, you've would've ALREADY been killed."
Zazel would take notice of Solomon's cheerful demeanor, both in his voice and in his walk, raising an eyebrow of curiosity. "Say, are you being happier than usual? You're usually the serious type." he would ask.
"Let's just say....I'm in a good mood today." Solomon would reply. Zazel would make a smile of his own, sharing the same sentiment. "Still...That mission was a nightmare. I wonder how Stolas and Harvard is doin-"
BANG!!!
An explosion made from one of the many ships that was at the docks, prompting the both of them to swiftly turn around and notice the disaster made. Solomon and Zazel would be shocked at the display, the fire that is consuming one of the ships, as well as a few of the locals screaming. "Quiiiiiiick question, Zaze...How is Harvard...usually?" Solomon asked
"I feel like if I tell you the answer, you're NOT gonna like it..." Zazel would answer, with Solomon staring daggers to the demon.
"Oh trust me, I'm ALREADY not liking this.."
