Ayuma Pov's
We arrived at the Shah family's mansion. Their house is a sanctuary amid Jakarta's devastation. The house is built in a traditional style, and all staff are forced to wear traditional clothing as uniforms. The Shah family appeared to be demonstrating to the world that they're not a mafia family but rather an ancient noble clan deserving of respect and devotion in this country.
"Huh, that old man still has that noble mask on his face," Rollan grumbled as the car door opened.
"And you want to take that mask off, don't you?" I inquired cynically. "As if you could," I snidely observed.
Rollan simply grinned indifferently. He hasn't responded to any of my taunts or words since our trip from Kalimantan to Jakarta, which has irritated me even more.
I have repeatedly tried to make him angry and hoped that he would finally let me go, but it seems that all my efforts were completely unsuccessful. Rollan was always silent. I don't know what was on his mind.
"But, am I right?" I asked urgently. "People know the Shahs as one of the noble families in this country; your family gets privileges that not many others get. Therefore, no matter how dirty the Shah family is, the law cannot touch you."
"Thank you, Ayu, but please watch your mouth. You are in the Shah's residence."
"Oh yeah, am I in danger now?" I asked sarcastically. "Like I'm not in danger."
"You're right, dear," he said, clapping his hands. "You are indeed in danger because you can never run away from me again; you will be mine forever."
Rollan then licked my neck and ears; his crazy actions instantly sent chills down my body, not because I was affected by him but because I wanted to kill him. I can't linger like this; my body might betray me, and Rollan will control me completely.
I just wanted to cuss him out, but my mouth was immediately locked because we were immediately greeted by Alesandra Shah, Rollan's mother.
"Ma," Rollan immediately said, hugging his mother tightly. "How are you, ma?"
"I'm fine, son. How are you?" Alesandra said this with a happy smile in her son's arms, but as soon as she saw me, her eyes turned cold. "Why are you here?" she asked, her voice sounding harsh and unfriendly.
I smiled stiffly, unable to answer. There was no way I could tell him that I was the collateral for the debt repayment that my husband had voluntarily given to his son, right? That would be embarrassing.
"Answer my question!" snapped Alesandra harshly.
"Don't be rude to Ayu, ma. From now on, Ayu will live with me, ma."
"Rollan!" hissed Alesandra. "Why?"
"We decided to get back together," Rollan replied calmly.
Alesandra choked up, her face flushed with anger.
"Have you forgotten that this woman made you lose one eye?" Alesandra inquired, her voice quivering. "She dumped you for another man, and you scumbag, how dare you approach my son again? Don't you feel ashamed?"
I wanted to slam my hand over Alesandra's mouth for God's sake I don't want to be here. I don't want to be close to her son.
I long to be free, to be able to dance again, and to spend my honeymoon with my husband, Bastian, who still hasn't contacted me.
But my mouth was shut. I was silent without being able to defend myself. I looked down in shame.
"Ma, don't blame Ayu, but blame me for kidnapping her from her husband!"
I was shocked to hear such nonsensical remarks from her, and I could only stare at Rollan with an incredulous look as one madness after another continued to be shown to me.
But all my annoyance seemed to mean nothing, as his mother was much more shocked.
"Ki... kidnapping?" Alesandra's voice trembled. "Rollan, what do you mean?"
"I'll explain later, ma. We need to rest first."
"No! You are not allowed in the house!"
Rollan raised one eyebrow, and she looked at her mother with an incredulous look. "Why?"
"Do you know what kind of trouble you're getting into?"
"Ma, that's my problem, and I'm dealing with it my way," Rollan responded in a calming voice.
"Fine, if that's what you want, but he still can't come into this house, no matter what!"

Getting away from Rollan and all his craziness has more or less relieved all my stress for the past few days.
"I am Citra. I will serve and accompany Ms. Ayu while Mr. Rollan is at his family manor," Citra introduced herself.
I nodded indifferently because finally being away from Rollan was a great luxury for me right now.
"I will assist you in this penthouse; if there is anything you need, please let me know."
"I understand, Citra; can you show me my room? I want to rest, and please buy me some food; I'm craving it."
"Yes, ma'am."
Citra showed me the room I would be staying in; it was quite spacious and luxurious. Citra showed me the wardrobe full of clothes and all the women's things that seemed to have been prepared for me.
"If you don't need anything else, I'll leave," Citra said.
As soon as Citra left, I went straight to the swimming pool in the penthouse. For some reason, I wanted to swim while enjoying Jakarta from the top of the Kraton building.
As I had expected, I could enjoy all the beauty and luxury in front of me without Rollan. I swam quietly without thinking about anything; even my father and Bastian couldn't disturb me at this time.
"Were you kidnapped, or did you surrender yourself to my son cheaply on purpose?"
I turned my head in the direction of the voice, and at the edge of the pool, Alesandra stood with a cold, piercing gaze. Oh my god, what is this again? Where is Rollan, and why is his mama here?
