Erica's eyes changed from brown to a mystic blue. She flicked her fingers, revealing claws, proceeding to roar, showing her sharp, deadly fangs.
'Let's turn this up a notch.'
She roared at Jayden, and he felt his transformation begin to revert.
'No!! I...will...not...fail....again!!'
Slowly, his vision turned red, as he shifted.
Fur grew from his body, and he entered his Grey Werewolf form.
Erica was surprised. "Shouldn't a full transformation happen only on the Full Moon!?'
She didn't have the time to think about it, for Jayden longer at her, violently slashing his claws in the air.
Erica was now on the defensive, avoiding and blocking his blows.
" His power doubled. Impressive. But we can't have him transforming like this all the time."
Jayden was like a beast, attacking mindlessly, but with one goal in mind.
To defeat the woman standing in front of him, no matter what.
Erica would throw a few jabs of her own, knocking Jayden off balance each time, and using that opportunity to strike the opening.
She noticed that every once in a while, Jayden's strength would increase, then drop back to normal, making her wonder if he had already done it before.
Finally, Jayden's attack hit its mark. He left a gash on Erica's forearm, the claws proceeding to cut across her chest, drawing blood.
"I'm going to beat him for that! Does he have any idea how many people want to touch those!!?'
She grabbed Jayden by his head and made it connect with her own.
Jayden was disoriented by the header, and stumbled backwards, only to be kicked in the face by Erica again.
He fell to the ground, but Erica wasn't done with him yet, for she released a barrage of punches on him, making him howl in pain.
She punched his stomach, making him puke blood, then hammered him on the back, making him collapse on the floor.
He reverted to his human form, this time staying conscious.
Erica spoke, " You always passed out after a transformation because you were forcing yourself to shift. Now that you've awakened, you no longer have that problem.
You can shift at will."
Hearing this put a smile on Jayden's face.
"Now, on to the second part..."
"There's a second part!?"
Erica replied, "Of course! You can ignore it though, but you will suffer later."
She placed her hand on Jayden's shoulder. "With me, you learn how to use all your powers. With me, you learn control."
Jayden looked at her with determination in his gaze. "Teach me, Aunt Erica."
Erica nodded and slapped him on the face.
"What the heck!?" Jayden was mad. What was that for!?
Erica smiled. "The key to transforming is tapping into that primal rage you felt before. Anger is the key. But find something that keeps you to your humanity, so you don't become a mindless beast like before."
Jayden felt like this would take a long time to master, and it did.
The sun rose and fell, marking the end of Wednesday.
Jayden was on his knees, huffing and panting, while a few beads of sweat were on Erica's forehead.
"I....finally....did.....it..." Jayden said between breaths.
Erica smiled and left the room.
Jayden got up. "I managed to learn it all in a day, slow, but I did it!"
Erica's face paled as she heard him from behind the door.
'Slow!? That took me two years to learn!!'
She couldn't help but feel Grey Wolves were a terrifying existence, and knew her nephew would grow to be a powerhouse in the future.
'But I'll still beat him up if he ever screws up, 'she thought with a smile.
Jayden rested for a while, before washing up and coming down for dinner.
Davina was furious.
"You really took your time, huh!?"
Jayden didn't quite get it, "Huh?"
"You spent 4 days without even seeing me! And you show up for dinner without telling me!"
Jayden rubbed the back of his head awkwardly, "Sorry, Sis."
Davina let it slide, for now at least.
As they ate, Erica asked Jayden, "Has it happened to you yet, Jayden?"
He asked, "What?"
Erica replied, "Have you ever imagined your eyes turning gold and blue, getting stronger?"
Jayden immediately realized she was talking about what happened during the spar.
He agreed, "Yes, I have."
She answered, "Meet me after dinner. We need to talk."
Davina asked, "How about me? Can't I be there too?"
Erica refused. "No, Davina, its a Aunt and Nephew talk, okay?"
Davina sulked and ate her food in silence.
After dinner, Jayden rushed to his room and texted a message to Aiden.
[Hey man. Sorry for getting you caught up in all this. I have good news and bad news. What first?]
Aiden replied, [Good news.]
[I have fully awakened, which means I am back to my full strength.]
[Great, and the bad news?]
[It ends on Saturday.]

Jayden met up with Erica in the room they had trained in.
Erica spoke, "Don't count on that ability, until you're stronger. You very nearly killed yourself twice!!"
Jayden asked, "How?"
Erica replied, "What happens if you charge an electronic device at a voltage it can't hold?"
"It explodes, or dies, never to be used again."
"Same with your body. You are an Omega who tapped into the power of a Beta, power your body can't handle. You could have died, or worst case scenario, lost your ability to transform."
Jayden gulped in fear, and on his face was a look of anger.
'All these problems, because I'm weak.'
Erica said, "Starting tonight till Saturday night, we will be in here, training non stop. Till you gain control of your power. Getting stronger will be your own cross to bear."
Jayden looked at her, the golden glow in his eyes brightening, his facial expression brimming with determination.
He lifted his hands, and assumed a fighting stance.
Erica smiled, and got into her own.
It was hell for Jayden from that point onwards.
