Lucien muttered an apology; he had decided to take a walk to clear his head. All he could think of was Levina. He needed to get her out of his head to think clearly.
"Who is the man behind you?" he asked, motioning to the guard.
The guard bowed his head. "My Lord, my name is Maren."
"He is the guard who found your brother on the ground," Raoh continued.
Lucien nodded, even though he was unsure why Raoh brought the man to him. Raoh, sensing Lucien's confusion, continued, "Since your brother insists that he did not harass Levina, and Levina, alongside her friend, claimed that Zarek was drunk. We can base our case on the fact that Zarek could not remember what he did because he was drunk."
Raoh tapped Maren's shoulder. "Maren would be the witness to that and would tell the story of how he found Zarek passed out on the ground!"
