"Do you think you can replace me as the CEO of this company? That's a joke! I built this business from the ground up, and I won't let some inexperienced upstart take it away from me!" Akito Yamamura had always been determined to succeed in the world of martial arts, but his humble beginnings meant that he had to work twice as hard as others to make his dreams a reality. However, when he discovered Wong Corp, a unique workplace unlike any other, Akito found a way to combine his love for combat with his need for a steady income. The company offered "The Pit," a weekly martial arts competition where fighters could showcase their skills and win prizes. But the stakes were high, and the competition was fierce, with the winner moving up the ranks to eventually face off against the company's CEO, Jiro Kim. However, Jiro didn't take kindly to newcomers, and Akito soon found himself facing off against the powerful CEO, who was determined to maintain his hold over the company. Despite the challenges, Akito refused to give up, and he continued to train hard every Friday to prepare for the weekly competitions. And while his ultimate goal was to defeat Jiro and take his place as the CEO, the road ahead was filled with obstacles and uncertainties. Chapter 1 - Prologue

"Akito, my son, listen to me closely. I may not be here for much longer, but before I go, I need you to promise me one thing. Promise me that you will never give up on your dreams, no matter how difficult the road ahead may seem. You have a gift, a talent that few possess. Do not let it go to waste. Use it to achieve greatness, and make me proud." Akito's father whispered to him with tears in his eyes, a sudden flash of lightning interrupted the memories that Akito was remembering.

The city of Vermillion was shrouded in a thick blanket of rain and mist, enveloping the world in a moody and foreboding atmosphere. The sound of droplets splashing into puddles echoed through the streets, drowning out all other noise.

Amidst the ominous surroundings, the contours of two formidable warriors were discernible, locked in a fierce battle of strength and skill.

Each delivered powerful strikes with unerring accuracy as if every blow were precisely calibrated to bring about the downfall of the other.

These warriors were none other than Jiro and Akito, each possessed an unwavering determination to emerge victorious from their intense struggle.

As the two combatants traded blows, it became increasingly clear that their skills were perfectly matched, with neither willing to concede an inch of ground to the other.

However, in a burst of unparalleled strength, Akito unleashed a fierce kick that sent Jiro reeling back several feet Jiro landed on his feet and wiped the blood from his mouth, looking at Akito with a mix of respect and excitement.

"You're no ordinary opponent," he said, a grin spreading across his face. "Your kicks pack a serious punch. This is the kind of fight I've been waiting for." He cracked his knuckles, Akito met Jiro's gaze with unwavering determination and courage, ready to continue the fight.

"I may have come here for the money, but now I realize that what I truly desire is to wipe that smug look off your face and teach you a lesson," Akito replied as he wiped the blood from his face and clenched his fists, ready for the next round of combat.

As Jiro mischievously smirked, he suddenly charged toward Akito, launching a flurry of kicks.

With a lightning-fast reflex, Akito ducked under the first kick, spun around to avoid the second, and jumped high to dodge the third. But before he could fully land, he felt a sharp pain in his stomach, and he flew backward through the air, crashing onto the wet rooftop almost falling to his death. He barely managed to cling onto the ledge with a firm grip, narrowly avoiding a fatal fall.

With a smile filled with murderous intent, Jiro slowly approached Akito with his fist clenched, ready to deal a final blow.

"Do you think you can replace me as the CEO of this company? That's a joke! I built this business from the ground up, and I won't let some inexperienced upstart take it away from me!"
