They finally got to the mall. Susan noticed it wasn't a regular mall and gulped down.
Everything looked so luxurious to the point that she got scared of touching anything and accidentally breaking it. If she did, she'd have to pay and she couldn't afford it.
She looked at Derek who walked in naturally with a majestic air around him.
Surely it wasn't his first time being there but she also had her doubts if he ever 'did' go to malls. Carlson must've been in charge of everything.
As soon as they walked in, the mall manager dashed out. He and the entire mall staff bowed in respect.
Susan was shocked. The scene kind of reminded her of the maids at the mansion. But honestly, she didn't expect such a scenerio at a mall.
"Mr. Esclair, it's very nice for you to drop by in person." The mall manager was already sweating buckets.
Sure enough, Derek never did his shopping alone.
