Elder Turner refused to accept the fact that his experts were dead. He walked towards the bodies to confirm if they were really dead. When he got there and saw the confusion stares in their lifeless eyes, he shook in fright as he felt a chilling gaze. Slowly he raised his meet Rue's as she stared him with a straight face. He staggered back in fear unable to stand Rue's blank stare. It was simply frightening.
It's not as if he hasn't seen more than this but what was more perplexing was the fact that a simple order issued to an immobile screen killed three hefty and well-trained men effortlessly. Just how powerful was this AI.
"How....? " Elder Turner managed to ask despite his fear. The other guests were also curious. They wanted to know what had kill these bodyguards yet there was no blood or anything .
Rue smiled beautifully when she heard his question. " Like I said the AI os designed to carry out different functions. Did you think I bragged anout her being approved by the Government for nothing." Rue said still smiling as she stared at the four families who gave their supports to the Turners. " If you don't believe me, I can show you another evidence " Without waiting for their response, Rue ordered Mirror. " Mirror I want every information on the Endersons, the Greggs, the Kingston and the Boyle. Dirty money laundering, embezzlement, Leave no single thing out." She said still smiling.
The head of the families she mentioned stood up in anger. The head of the Greggs was the first to burst. " Stop this nonsense, right now. ? He said .
" Lady Lee has become too conceited just because we have quiet for long." The head of the Boyle said. He was irritated not only has this secretary insult them now she is trying to ruin the reputation of their respective families.
" We can crush both you and your boss with a snap of our finger." The Endersons threatened. Rue stared at them in amusement. Even though she doesn't like how longer this is taking, she would be lying if she said she wasn't enjoying it. The look of fear, hatred and uncertainty on their faces were pleasing to look at.
" What will you gain by doing this? " Mr Kingston asked calmly despite his anger. Unlike the others, he didn't believe Rue was acting of her own accord. Neither is she doing this to spite them. Rue stared at him without saying anything. " At least one of you is smart enough." She said still smiling giving scary vibe.
" What my boss wants is simple. " She said giving each of them a pointed look. " At least ninety percent of shares of all your businesses. " Rue stated it casually as if she was talking about the weather. Mr Kingston fumed when he heard Rue's demand. Ninety percent of share also means giving them complete ownership of their businesses.
" Nonsense. " His boomed in the entire hall. He was really angry now. " If I hear one more word from you, I will kill you myself. How dare you say that. " The entire place became quiet. The Kingstons were a big family and so is the Lees. No one wanted to get in between the cross-fire of two big giants. The Turners were relieved that all the attention was now on the Kingstons.

The entire thing becoming boring for Ava. She yawned tiredly , stretching her sore muscles. Then she picked up her phone and called Rue. Immediately the phone got connected. " Good evening ma'am. " Rue greeted.
Without replying, Ava said. " Apologize. " Then she disconnected. The man beside her stared at with interest wondering what was going on in that small head of hers. Surely she won't ask her secretary to apologize for nothing. And he guessed that the only reason was that she was tired and bored. She wanted to go home and snuggle with her cat. Theman was starting to like her more. ' She'd be interesting and fun to stay with. '

Rue did as she was told. She apologized surprising all of them and without wanting to know if they accepted the apology, she gave a brief overview of the AI and told them that if they were interested, they should contact her. The Turners, the Kingstons, the Greggs and the Boyles were all surprised but before they could refute and act smug Rue had already left the stage.
Immediately she left the stage, Elder Lee and his people also left as silently as them came. The people sent by the Royals also left. Most of the families left quickly. They felt uneasy with Rue's sudden apology and didn't want to stay to make more connections. While some went to meet the four families who stood up to Rue. Showering them with praise in hopes of getting close to them.
The Greggs and the rest were smug listening to the praises that were showered on them. They began throwing their weight around saying MRC as a whole wasn't a match for them.
" What is the need of counting your eggs before they hatch? " A bald man with long white beards said. Elder Turner frowned while looking at the man. He felt that the man was not an ordinary person.
" What do you mean by that that Mr.....? "Elder Turner asked while emphasizing that he doesn't know his name.
Instead of introducing himself, he said. " Instead of rejoicing, why don't you worry about what will happen to you and your families. " He asked confusing the onlookers. Why should they be bothered afterall it was the MRC that raised their white flags. " I won't be surprised to wake up tomorrow morning and hear of the news about your family's downfall. " He said before walking away.
The man who spoke was the general manager of REMAL Security in Japan. He flew all the to California just to attend this meeting and it was worth it. He pitied those who made trouble with Ava and challenged her continuously. And besides whatever he said was not wrong because if Ava didn't bother with them, Elder Lee would take care of it.
The families involved were red with anger while the bootlickers became skeptical about the matter. Everything the mysterious man said was true. MRC was really capable of doing something like that. Most of the cowardly ones began making up excuses to leave. Like always no one wanted to get involved if ever a war broke out between these giants.
