Chapter 12 - INDULGE FEELINGS

Mathias' class was so noisy that his head began to spin. He hates being in class but he's got no choice.

The worst part of it was the scene always put in action and at that very moment, he could see a skinny bitch beside his desk swerving and twisting her body like a wounded snake.

He disliked girls so much. They make his stomach growl, sometimes he felt like he needed to puck. He hoped he wouldn't throw a taunt because looking at the girl, he could only think of grabbing her hair off her head and throwing her face eight to the ground.

He just needed to get out of the class and find a peaceful place to be. But as soon as he stood up to leave, silence came upon the class at the racking sound of his desk. He wasn't disturbed. Yeah, that was his life. He was the god that everyone has to respect. The only one who could talk and no one must utter a word. Although he doesn't imply to be that mean. He just couldn't move along with others. Few had tried to come closer to him but he'd restrained himself from them because he didn't need their pities and nursing, they were just some disguise.

His mom has begged him to be good to everyone including my dad but it took him a couple of years to understand what she meant because good isn't the side he ever wants to show to anyone, especially his dad. He was sure his dad also feels the same since it doesn't seem like he considers him his child or rather his first child.

"Your account has been credited. Watch yourself, Mathias, you don't want to bring more shame to this family. I am your father! You don't speak to me that way."

He wondered if he ever had anything else to say apart from those meaningless words.

He had asked his mom about his father's personality and her response was, "He's a kind-hearted man."

Like for real? He had never seen that side in him ever since his mom left. His hatred for his father was real and he knew his father's hatred for him could be worse than that of which he could imagine.

His phone rang just as he was about to get down the stairs into the hallway that led to the school hall where he forget some rest. He brought out his cell from his trousers pocket and looked at the screen for the caller's name. It was his mentor, Mr Anderson.

He scoffed before putting his cell away into his pocket. He was exhausted and didn't want any more discomfort.

But his phone kept ringing till he got into the swimming alley located at the downside of the hall. The call was pissing him off and he wished he was closer to that mentor of his, so he could grab his cell from him, and smash it down to the ground until it breaks into pieces.

He laid himself on the little sofa set in a corner of the swimming pool to take a nap. He was relieved for some moments that the call didn't ring again, not until he heard a message pop into his phone. He brought out the cell to read the message.

"Meet me in my office right now, I've got something interesting to tell you." Mr Anderson wrote.

He breathed out. He will get rid of the man someday if he's never gonna give him peace. He stood up, placed his cell back into his trouser, and headed to the school building straight to the teacher's office. He's sure not to miss the amusing news.

Angie watched as Davis walked through the space provided for passage in the middle of the class. He got to her desk and their eyes locked.  Looking deep into her Irish eyes, he spoke, "Miss Rose? Would you love me to disclose some secrets of ours to my classmates?"

Then, he turned his face away from Angie and looked towards Miss Rose who was already getting tensed. He just loves to see the woman in distress.

"Stop exaggerating things, Mr Tara_"

"I am Davis, Da-vi-son!" He cut her off her words angrily, making Angie flinch.

The students watched in amusement as they were already used to this argument over and over again.

"It's okay Davis." Shed said from his seat.

"Get out of my class right now Mr Travis or I will report you again to the school!" Miss Rose snapped, feeling so illuminated.

"Miss Rose?" Nancy called softly, getting up from her seat. Unfortunately, Davis's anger increased. He stormed towards her, grabbed her right hand, and tightened his grip on her with so much pressure making the whole class wail.

"Why won't you take corrections, huh? Do you think reporting me would change anything?" He questioned through gritted teeth.

"I'm warning you, I don't ever want to hear you call me by my father's name. Davison, that's my name. You should call me that." He warned aggressively.

"Get your hands off me. Is there anything wrong with calling you by your surname? I call my students by their surnames and you're not excluded!" Mrs Rose bellowed bitterly as she tried to free her hand from his but was unable as his grip got tightened.

Davis scoffed, "Of course, I am excluded since I don't like it coming from your mouth".

The whole class could not stop riling from the wrack damnation. Angie could also feel her heart thumping faster.

Fortunately, Mr Brown was able to end the whole drama as he came running in after hearing the noise coming out of the class.

The moment he entered the class it went into total silence.

"What's going on here?" Mr Brown asked, trying to figure out what could have caused so much noise.

Angrily, Davis swung away Miss Rose's hand from his and the red stole its way into her fingertips. He shot Mr Brown a threatening glance before striding out of the class sarcastically. Shed and Nancy also followed behind.

"Can you explain what is happening here, Miss Rose?" Mr Brown asked once again since he couldn't figure out why Davis was holding the teacher's hand so tight and why she looked so pale. No response came in since no one could utter a word, not even Miss Rose.

"Miss Rose, please meet me inside my office after your class." Mr Brown commanded and gave a little devilish laugh before leaving the class as though nothing had happened.

Miss Rose, who was too exhausted, managed to pick up the things she brought in for her class and carefully went out of her class, leaving students in awe.
