Emily's POV
"I look like someone else" I say while I detail my reflection still surprised, because although I already knew I was a graceful woman, with this makeup I managed to climb a few social strata.
The blonde gives a few small claps, then hugs me.
"Wait till I see you Nathan" She announces joyfully. She opens the door and steps out first, looks for Nathan with her eyes and after finding him on the second floor she exclaims anxiously. "Eyes here, you're going to die!"
Without further ado she enters the room for me, grabs me by the wrists, and pulls me out of the room, leaving me exposed to the gaze of an expectant Nathan. Despite being on different floors, I can visualize how Nathan's face fills with surprise mixed with something like lust.
Feeling his gaze on me like that triggered an explosion of intriguing feelings that began to form in my lower belly. I choose to ignore the sensation and gathering my courage I finally decide to go down to the second floor.
