Han guild.
A shadowed figure could be seen talking. "You're saying that you let him go after he dishonored the great Han guild!?" A loud voice yelled at three people bowing before him.
"Father! He was only a small child! Please forgive me!" A slender-faced young man yelled out as he faced the ground on one knee.
"Vance! You will do what I say! Find and kill that child that dared to dishonor this guild." The shadowed figure finally said.
"B-But father... he is only a child." The slender-faced man said in a low and unconfident tone. He received no other reply from the shadowed figure. "Yes, father." He finally said before leaving.
----------
It was the day after Qin obtained his new sword and magic cultivation technique. Qin spent the night seeing how his magic cultivation technique worked, unfortunately, he couldn't make a breakthrough. Qin had made his way to the training grounds early in the morning.
He arrived as the sun had started to rise, expecting to be the first one there, but he found all five kids from yesterday already standing there and waiting for him.
"Your late," Yen said as he looked at Qin arriving at the training grounds. "Tell me all of your names one by one." Qin said.
"Wha- Okay." The kids replied before saying their names one by one. First were the three brothers.
"The names Yen!" Yen was quite short for his but springy and full of energy.
"Spade!" Spade was much taller than a normal four-year-old, already reaching around 3'8 ft. and his muscle development was also greater than others his age.
"Zand is my name." Zand was the eldest brother of the tree, being only a month older than his siblings. He had a restrained and calm attitude.
After this, The other two siblings introduced themselves
"My name is Rose, Nice to meet ya'!" Rose was a short girl who also looked energetic and quite smiley.
"Hephas." Hephas was the final one to speak, he was about the same height as Qin and was silent. His eyes mostly spoke for him as his mouth was covered by a scarf.
"Nice to meet you all! My name is Qin. From today onwards, you will all be personally trained by me, so be honored!" Qin said to everyone.
The five already knew this, they were all there to become stronger after all.
"Start off by running across the entire training grounds for one lap!" Qin then yelled.
"What!?" Yen yelled out. "The circumference of this entire field is over a mile! How much can you expect four-year-olds to be able to do!?" Yen said.
"Anyone who isn't able to do it will get a heavy beating by none other than me!" Qin then said, closing his eyes as he lifted a wooden sword.
Everyone saw the sword and remembered what happened last time, the five direly started to jog around the training grounds. 'Good.' Qin thought to himself as he pulled out his small-sword and started to practice with it. He needed to get comfortable fighting in this new small body of his.
After an hour or so of running, Qin ordered the five to do other exercises to strengthen their body even further. At the end of it all, over two hours had passed.
All five of them were completely exhausted. "You... you're a monster." Yen managed to blurt out before falling onto the ground comically.
"That's all for today, we will meet again here in three days, make sure to arrive got it?!" Qin yelled at everyone present.
"Yes, sir~~" Everyone quietly said as they tiredly walked away. As Qin saw everyone walking away, he was reminded of his own cultivation technique. Even after asking the system, Qin received no answer as to how to use the technique.
Qin had started to think that sticking with this cultivation technique was a waste. If he had obtained another cultivation technique, he could have already cultivated a good amount. For Qin, any second wasted without stepping towards your ultimate goal was a waste.
Qin went back to his room and took out the cultivation technique book. "Ultimate Magic Cultivation Technique" It read on the title. 'Book, please show me at least a page. Anything! For the monstrous dream I want to achieve, I want no less than the ultimate of techniques, as a matter of fact, I will not settle for anything less!'
As Qin said this in his mind, the book started to glow with a small luminescent light. Quiet sounds of sparking and cracking could be heard coming from the book as it started to tremor slightly.
Right in front of Qin's eyes, the book started to form a single page. It felt as though Qin could not hear nor see anything else except for this page, he had immense concentration. Soon, the sound of a beautiful flute rhythm started to sound from all directions. Qin quickly looked in all directions but couldn't ascertain where the sound was exactly coming from, he then looked back at the book as the sound started to subside and the page had finally formed.
"Ha! Haha! It worked! The first page has finally formed!" Qin laughed joyfully. Finally, he could read the first page.
Qin quickly dragged his eyes to the first words on the page. "Congratulations on obtaining an Ultimate Magic Cultivation Technique!" It read. Qin's smile soon dissipated into a frown, however, seeing how those were the only words on the first page. It seemed to be an introduction page, one away from the real one.
"Gahh! What in the hell!? All that hype and pandemonium for a fake page!?" Qin was quite frustrated. As he put the book back inside the drawer, he heard a knock at the door.
Upon answering the door, Qin was greeted by his mother and also a man standing next to her.
The man standing next to her was tall and slender, having pure and extremely pale skin. His eyes were a cerulean blue and his hair was completely silver. He wore a white robe with the hood down that showed his long and pointy ears. Any average human on earth would think that this man was nothing short of a god.
Qin sized the man up before speaking. "Yes?" He said to his mother who seemed to be in an extremely exciting mood.
"Qin! Say hello to your new magic tutor!" His mother said excitedly. Before Qin could reply, his mother hugged him deeply.
"I know, even though your magic potential was only white, you still wanted to practice magic your entire life, even as an infant! So your mother worked very hard to find a tutor for you!" She said as he held Qin in her embrace.
'What!? Is that what she got from my actions!? What a pitiful look!' Qin thought to himself. He then looked at the man beside him who looked to be smiling genuinely. He seemed like a good person.
After thinking for a couple of seconds, Qin realized that this may not be an entirely bad thing! A tutor could help him in performing magic spells! He had seen many but still could not perform even one! Thinking of this made Qin's mood much brighter.
"Thank you, mother!" Qin said as he hugged his mother before facing his new tutor. "Greetings sir, my name is Qin, Qin Sh- Vasilias! Qin Vasilias!" Qin quickly corrected himself. His name was no longer Qin Shi Huang, But Qin Vasilias.
"Greetings young fellow! My name is Eladar Aeghad. From today onwards, I will be your magic tutor!" He spoke elegantly. "Shall we get started immediately?" The tutor said before being welcomed inside.
As Qin's mother left to let them work, Eladar unloaded a pile of books on the table seemingly out of thin air. "This is my first time tutoring," Elador said as he sat down on a seat by the table. "I intend to help my apprentice become an accomplished sorcerer. For today, we will start by reading books!" Elador finally said.
Qin looked at the titles of the books.
"What is magic?"
"The creation of heaven and earth."
"Book of innate spells."
Seeing these books immediately lit a spark in Qin's mind, finding such knowledge was like finding a gold mine! "I want you to read these books, I know that it may not be entertaining in any way bu-" Elador stopped speaking as he saw Qin already diving into the books.
"Haha, I'll leave you to it then!" Elador smiled.
As Qin started to read, a message appeared in his head.
'What!?' Qin was shocked. 'That is amazing!' Qin said in his head.
