Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

Friday, July 2nd, 15:45 PM ( 3:45 PM)

Summertime is a perfect life where students and parents can do anything they want before school comes around the corner in the fall. Enjoying while it lasted, Alicia sat in her room, minding her own business, doodling away in her sketchbook while her music blasted all over her room, not caring if her neighbors could hear.

She paused a bit second to look at the drawing she drew. Her drawings would occasionally be hung up in the art hallway by her art teacher so that others could catch a glimpse of how amazing they would look. She didn't fully understand why, but she didn't want to be disturbed by her teacher.

Biting the tip of her lips is a bad habit of hers when she's thinking of something or worried. Alicia peeks out the window of her room, seeing the sky with beautiful colors she had never seen in her life.

Sighing, she plopped down onto her bed while holding her sketchbook in her hands, letting her light brown curls lay all over her pillow, enjoying the peaceful silence.

She wishes it would be like this every time she isn't around others. To her, she felt comfortable being unnoticed by her classmates in her grade. Without a care in the world, where could she do anything in the world that nobody clutches anything from her?

PING!

Startled, Alicia sat up from her bed at the sudden noise of the phone that was sitting on her desk she had placed so she could listen to music while drawing in her sketchbook, confused as she saw her phone vibrate from her desk in the distance across the room. Placing her sketchbook aside, she slowly stood up from her bed to grab her phone to see a notification from an unknown number. Huh?

Her dark eyes widened at the message from her locked screen. She had never seen a message like this. Whoever it is, giving Alicia deja vu.
