Alicia's phone pinged once again as she sat down at her desk for her next class. She sighed in annoyance, knowing that he had replied to her message.
Of course, he would, you silly goose! He saved your number on his phone!
She put her head down, overwhelmed by this situation. She should've told her aunt and mom about this, but she didn't want to bother them both with this going on. Alicia did remember what her aunt told her about if something came up, just call her.
Alicia should've blocked the number in the first place during summer vacation to get it over with, but she knew Beck Blacksmith wouldn't do anything suspicious to her. Just by how popular he is with everyone around him.
So, there's no possible way for Beck to be suspicious of Alicia. She's just overthinking about it, and she couldn't help it for her being suspicious of the guy she rarely talks to.
She raised her head while the class was almost crowded with students alongside the last warning bell that was about to ring.

Beck ran through the set of stairs, knowing he was running late for his next class. It wasn't a surprise for him to be this late on his first day back, yet again, he would be in trouble with his coach.
The only reason he was this late was because one of his teammates saw Beck in the hallway and started chatting about today's soccer practice after school. While chatting, they both heard the warning bell ring, letting students know that class was about to start.
Both of them panicked and quickly said bye to each other, and ran off to class. Reaching his Biology AP class, seeing that a student was about to close the door, he shouted from afar, "Wait for me!"
The student held the door for Beck as the last warning bell finally rang. "Ah, Mr. Blacksmith, I see you made it in time for my class, I see," said his Biology AP teacher, seeing Beck out of breath.
Beck looked around to find a seat, which most seats were taken, only to see one by Alicia. He walked toward her and sat down right next to her.
Alicia, who didn't notice his appearance, was glued down in her sketchbook. She looked at her drawing like she was testing if it was any good. But suddenly, she felt someone's eyes on her. Peeking up to her left to see bright blue ones, staring back at her brown eyes.
Her heart dropped. Beck Blacksmith?!
