Two months later
At East Shores High School
Buses, cars, and students crowded up the main building of the school, of a new year with new classes, new friends, or seeing old ones you haven't seen for a while during the summer and, more importantly, drama.
Alicia glanced through the window of her aunt's car, knowing this was her last year of high school soon, and she wasn't looking forward to the future.
"Everything's going to be alright, sweetheart," she heard her aunt tell Alicia, trying to make sure she felt less stressed about her first day.
I doubt it. Honestly, I just know I'm just going to get bullied like last year, she thought, grinding her lip; she does this whenever she gets nervous.
Her aunt peeks at her nervous niece, worried about her, "You know, you can call me wherever it's an emergency. I can always pick you up early, okay?"
Alicia just smiled, "I will, Aunt Brianna." Her aunt, Brianna Scott, her father's sister, and every man wants to date her because of her beauty. With her chocolate brown skin, her bob-cut haircut, her tattoos, and her sassy personality, just because she's single, she didn't have the time to date; she only yearned to take care of Alicia, her only niece.
Aunt Brianna raised a brow, "You promise?"
Alicia glanced out the window and locked eye contact with her aunt, "Yes, I'll let you know if something comes up."
Brianna nods, and they both say their goodbyes; Alicia is finally out of her aunt's car, facing the front of the school, and she isn't looking forward to facing the situation of what could happen to her.

In the East Shores High School parking lot
Wednesday, September 6th, 7:15 AM
Parked his yellow Jeep Wrangler in the back of the school, Beck knew this year was going to be full of drama once again. That's all they know for drama, fights, and sports. He wasn't even surprised when they found out the shit about his and Emma's relationship at that party back in July. He should have listened to his teammates that she was a red flag.
Sighing, he finally decided to get out of the car before digging out his schedule from his pocket, seeing what class he would have for the first period.
Seeing its homeroom first, he made his way to the building, to see how today would take off.

In homeroom, 7:20 AM
Alicia sat quietly at her desk near the teacher's desk, doodling away in her sketchbook to avoid making eye contact, while students made their way to homeroom, to find a spot to sit and continue to chat away.
Muted out the conversation she could hear from across the homeroom.
"Oh my God, did you hear about Beck and Emma? During that party back in July." Alicia heard one girl gossiping to her friends.
Already with the drama. What a shame, she thought, rarely heard someone speak to her. Huh?
Her brown eyes peek up from her sketchbook to face bright blue ones. "Is this seat taken?" Beck asks, tired from all of the stairs he has to take, seeing Alicia flinch in her seat.
She just shook her head no, feeling him sitting next to her, she could smell the scent of his cologne through his body, she clenched her sketchbook, digging her nails in, calming herself down, and ignoring him and the rest of her classmates, to not give too much attention in front of everyone.
"1…2…3" Alicia breathed out. "4…5…6"
Finally calmed down, she went back to her sketchbook when the final warning bell rang to start the day of her first day back at East Shores High School.
